Like many people here I have had a bad experience with ui8.

Purchased on template that was suposed to be in HTML but was not.
Impossible to contact the support. No answer by chat or many email after 1 month to get a refund (order 69328ffe293e3a0033b84ae0)

Such a shame. The idea of the site and the designs are good but the customer support makes it a place to avoid.

I signed up for a 3 month subscription and cancelled well before time and also did receive a cancellation confirmation email.

One day before renewal also received an email which I have evidence that the account will not be renewed.

But they went ahead and charged me again $150 for 3 months and after repeated emails I have not received any reply from them. I have to block my credit card to get rid of it.

Seems to me they have started to scam people now.

Never going back to them again. Beware!!!!!

I bought a design kit. The description promised a "fully animated" Figma file.
This is false advertising. The file I received is completely static with NO animations or interactions implemented.
Worse, I sent a detailed complaint and have received ZERO RESPONSE from the UI8 team.
They sold a defective product and then completely ignored the issue.

UI8 is an outstanding platform for design resources. One of its point against some other reviews is the transparency regarding file formats and sizes, which are clearly listed before downloading. This feature is especially helpful for time management and efficiently plan projects.

The All Access plan is generously priced, offering exceptional value for businesses. Considering the time saved when working on client projects, the cost is more than justified. It allows teams to access a vast library of high-quality designs without the need for constant additional purchases.

While some Figma files may lack perfect layout, missing features like auto layout and logical placement, we're confident this is not the fault of UI8 itself, as it operates partially as a marketplace. Despite these minor issues, the UI design quality is impressive, making it easy to efficiently reproduce screens and maintain design consistency.

Overall, UI8 is a reliable and valuable resource for design professionals looking to streamline their workflow and enhance project quality.

I may state that we did not experience payment difficulties, support issues (typically 24 hours) or bad asset quality. I’m confident that if you address to them respectfully like adults, they would be willing to help you resolve your issues.

1) They sell trash Figma files that doesn't match its description. In Description they said 100% autolayout, 100% component based, but it's bullshit. Design System doesn't connect to UI, no auto-layouts, no components, many elements grouped by GROUP!!! nonsense in 2025. You pay for saving your time but in reality, you should spend dozens of hours to fix mistakes.
they don't refund money, they don't answer to emails.
you CAN"T even remove your card from your account! you should remove your account to remove the card - that's crazy.
guys, use Envato, UI8 is garbage.

Repeat customer converting to a lifetime plan! Can't share how much this has helped over a course of months to deliver several critical projects

The team a UI8 is incredibly, I've been a customer/user for many years now. Today my subscription went on renewal and at the moment I can't afford the the amount of the subscription even with the great discounts the gave me, bc I lost my job recently, I reached out to support and they were able to help super quickly and with a human touch, that made this organization even more valuable to me.

I made a mistake and purchased a single product instead of the All Access pass. I reached out to support to see if the amount I paid could be applied to a 3 month pass and Marina took care of me immediately. From the moment I reached out to support to it being fully resolved was about 1 hour.

I signed up for a 3-month plan and canceled well in advance before it could renew. I also received a confirmation email for the cancellation.

Despite this, they still charged $222.00 to my Canadian card, which remained on file, for another 3 months. I have reached out multiple times but have received no response.

This kind of practice is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns. Since the charge has already gone through, I will make use of the service while I can, but I will never be subscribing again. Consider this a warning—be cautious before signing up!

High quality assets, have been using UI8 for many years now. The mockups aren't always pro, but I do love the illustrations and fonts they offer.

I had trouble downloading a resource and Eli J. created a Google Drive link for me to download the resource. It saved me in a pinch on a late night!

I've purchased many 3D icon packs from UI8 for my website design business that I recolour in Figma to fit any given brand identity.

They've mainly been excellent in terms of both price and quality - especially the packs created by UI8's own team.

I was unhappy with one pack and received a rapid, friendly response that resolved the issue swiftly.

The several hundred dollars that I've spent on packs is nothing compared to the value that they have added to the websites that I build.

Good collection of designs for quick concepts and prototyping. Also quick response to support queries - In fact after my interaction with customer support again today (with Eli) I felt I have to mention it here.

It is pretty helpful website to look for references. I usually struggle with web layouts and this service gives me a lot of inspiration.
