Hi, I have been using this cleaning company for a few years, after it was recommended by a friend. I had tried different arrangements before as I work full time and really struggle to keep on top of everything, but I hadn't found anything that worked for us. Elena was very helpful; we arranged a time to meet and discuss what I needed, and she has made sure that it happens ever since. Payment arrangements were changed a year or so ago, and I now pay a quarterly invoice and make weekly payments to my regular cleaner. At the point the change was made, Elena was extremely helpful in explaining the different options and why the changes were being introduced. She was also able to reassure me very clearly that terms and conditions for her staff were all protected. I very much recommend this company.

Used this company for approx. 1 year and have only stopped using as moved out of the area. Very professional and cleaning was always done to a high standard. They also completed an end of tennancy clean for us at a reasonable price and all surfaces were immaculate in particular natural stone tiles, wooden floor and carpets.

Elena and her staff are all highly responsive and flexible. They can assist with extra hours are swift to respond to any queries. They try to keep costs as low as possible by introducing new payment structures. Our cleaner Leti is highly trusted and cleans & irons like a dream! Highly recommended.

They're reliable,trustworthy and efficient. My cleaner is quiet and kind. She works hard.
If there was one thing I would say, it's the girls should have a stringent training in cleaning technique. Some girls use far too many cleaning products when it isn't necessary.
Elena and Stefan are very accommodating and nothing is a problem.

I am a very fussy client and have tried out and been disappointed by 5 other cleaners this year until I hired a cleaner from AMW. Elena is very easy to deal with, sends invoices promptly, which are always correct and we discussed in detail what I was looking for in advance. I've never been let down and the cleaner who comes to my house, is very very good, punctual and polite. I've recommended AMW to a friend already and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to more.

AMW cleaners have arrived to clean come rain or shine and stand ins are provided to cover holidays. They have always done a very thorough job and been very professional.

We've been really impressed. Gina, our cleaner, is great. She thorough and uses her common sense. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful. A great service all round.

I like my cleaner very much but I feel that she rushes through my home in order to get to the next client and misses things that are important to me i.e the kitchen surfaces, cupboard doors, appliances and sink area.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. Every cleaner who has been sent to our house to work for us has been of the highest calibre, trustworthy, efficient and hard working. Our regular cleaner is a gem and is monitored very well by Elena, who works tirelessly to make sure we get the service we pay for. This company deserves to do well and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I pay for a 2 hour session for a 1 bed flat and for that I get a decent top level clean.

Elena (the manager), is very approachable and manages all transactional and bookings via text, email and online banking, which I personally find very useful.
