One of the cheapest prices for the Panasonic camera I wanted which was a good start. Usually I worry if the low price is reflected in poor customer service but not in this case. I checked the reviews on Trustpilot and was happy to order from them. The camera came with a free Nest camera bag which was very handy. Delivery was free and via DPD Local who give a one hour delivery slot so you are not waiting in all day. I would definitely recommend them.

Received first class service from ukdigital when they recently supplied my g9 camera. It was delivered the next day with free card and bag to make the camera more of a bargain. The gifts were quality. When I phoned to say the extra battery holder had not arrived they despatched immediately and I received the next day, a Saturday. Friendly and efficient. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

I was a little sceptical as UK Digital were the only company that had my newly released camera in stock. I thought it would be a grey import or opened box. My concerns were totally unjustified, not only was it new UK stock, they sent it to me using next day delivery at no extra charge and included a free SD card. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

It's a shame they don't really have a major online presence. They often bundle other items with cameras for free and have 5 years warranty!!!!

Very happy with experience with UK Digital. Ordering was simple, delivery super fast, and price well below other online places. Sadly the camera case my father had *specifically* requested for his birthday was not actually what he thought it would be, so I had to return it. Communication from company was superb - genuinely unfaultabl - and refund was smooth. I rarely get round to posting online reviews of companies I don’t regularly use, but was sufficiently impressed by UKDigital that I actually asked to!

By far the most customer focused company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The adapter I bought was the Laowa Medium Format to Full Frame adapter. Built quality was excellent and they answered all my emails regarding the product straight away. I can not recommend this company highly enough.

Recently bought a Panasonic camera kit from them. Cheapest on web and was able to chat with them over the phone to check that the camera suited my needs. Delivery was on time. Would happily order from them again

Now my 5th or 6th purchase from UK Digital, prices are always very competitive, with fast delivery and is now my go to shop for most photographic items. Have dealt with various members of staff, including Paul, Tony and Debbie who are always very helpful with advice, and patience with me changing items and technical advice. Their website is clear and easy to search, and easily contactable by telephone, web chat, or email. They have a shop, so hoping to visit in person in the future. Thanks again.

Superb service from knowledgeable people who obviously really know about photography, they said on line that the camera was in stock and it was (so many companies advertise that products are in stock when they are not) it was at a great price and included a 5 year guarantee. Answered a few tech questions for me I ordered on line and it turned up the next day as promised, A great company!!.

Awful Customer Service
After ordering a Sony a7iii battery I was informed I would have to pay an extra £12 delivery as I am not in Mainland UK! Since when was Scotland separated? UK digital had no compromise and were unwilling to fulfil the order in any way or even split the postage cost.
So £18 delivery for a small Sony camera battery!
This company really needs to look at it's processes/customer services and think hard if they want to gain and keep new customers!

Bought a lens a few weeks ago. Compared many websites and found ukdigital to offer the best price and they had it in stock. Many websites state they have stock when they do not. Received my order very quickly and well packed. Will buy from them again.

i purchased a Panasonic Lumix FZ330 from UK Digital. Great price and fantastic service. Asked a couple of pre sales questions and they were answered quickly and put my mind at ease. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience with Ukdigital.
I ordered a Sony 18-105mm lens from Ukdigital and sent it back after 3 weeks because the low light was terrible. I got an email from Ukdigital digital saying I won't get a full refund because their return policy is 14 days, not 30. I went to their returns policy on their website and read the whole thing and at no point does it mention 14 days. It says on their own website as 30 days. If this is the case they haven't made it clear on their website which is illegal. Obviously I would've sent the lens back in 14 days and not 30 if it was made clearer on their website.
They first charged me £75 and dropped it to £60 after I objected. Horrible experience, absolute con. Won't be using them again.
Sad irony is I sent stuff back to grey market to the other side of the world and got a full refund and went with Ukdigital thinking I was safe.

Follow-up to Ukdigital reply:
"A lens that you had used on a recent project"

Eh? I've no idea what that means. There was no project, Ukdigital shouldn't lie and make stuff up, it's unprofessional. I'd love to see what this project is.

"14 day return period"

That wasn't made clear on your website, the 30 day return policy is plastered all over your website, it's not made clear that this is only for unopened products. That is hidden away in small print that most customers will struggle to find. You may be legally within your rights but you give your customers misleading impression regarding the returns policy. You're morally in the wrong and it's vindictive to charge your customer this amount of money, and your future customers deserve to know this.

I tested the lens twice in low light and sent it back in perfect condition because it didn't fit my needs. Ukdigital have themselves said to me in an email that it was sent back in excellent condition.

"We do not provide a buy and try service"

I obviously mistakingly thought I had consumer rights. Turns out I don't. Disappointing. Oh well, you live and learn, plenty of other camera retailers that treat their customers with respect, and don't hold them in contempt.

I bought an SLR Magic 25mm lens last week from these guys, and paid the extra for it to arrive the next day. Pretty disappointed (to say the least) to discover they had packed the wrong lens in the 25mm box, a 50mm lens. I mean, how does that happen? Clearly the product must have been used, or not new, or something. Not only have they not fixed the problem yet, but I need to return the old lens before they will even send out the new. I ordered it for the next day because I needed the lens for a shoot. Shoot ruined, and still waiting for the right product!

Its been some years since I last purchased camera equipment from UK Digital and its great to know that it is still in family ownership and that they are still providing competitively priced products with exemplary service.
On previous occasions I have visited the shop, but on this occasion time did not permit so I ordered on-line. I chose the next day delivery, which incurs a small premium but it was well worth it. The camera (Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ2000), arrived next day, well packaged and as described. Furthermore UK Digital emailed me details of the timing of my delivery and the name of the driver and courier company.
Its good to know that such companies and people are still in business and thriving. Thanks Bill, Paul and Simon

Low prices for high-quality digital cameras. I ordered a set of all applicable accessories to my camera for a very attractive price. Will definitely stock up here more often :) Thanks!

Ordered a Panasonic FZ82 plus case, card and battery bundle. Best online price (after Panasonic's cashback). Came the next day via DPD who give an hour time slot. Really well packaged and very pleased to see that they reuse paper to act as a buffer inside the main parcel box - so much better for recycling than plastic. Would use again based on this experience.

Empty promises of stock which make you wonder if they really do supply at the prices advertised.

I'm sure they deliver some cameras at the prices advertised but I decided to stick out a wait of a back order. I was told the camera in question was out of stock with all retailers with Panasonic only delivering around 2 with each delivery. I waited, and desperately hoped the camera would arrive in time for a plan trip, only to be told they received 2, and I was fourth in line.

I called up the other retailers who supposedly had no stock to find both Currys and Jessops with stock, with Jessops holding 14 in only the Midlands! I went to a store and picked one up in time for my holiday.

Not having any stock is understandable, but being told to wait because nobody else has any stock is a sleazy sales tactic.

Bought a Panasonic Bridge Camera. Excellent price, no more expensive than anywhere else but with a free bundle including extended ‘limited’ 5 year guarantee, a uv filter and a quality 32gb card. On top of this it was delivered the next day. Not only that but the delivery people informed me of the hour they would be here, and they were. Very happy with the camera, digitaluk.co.uk and the delivery. I will be using them again, Top marks all round. 😊

Good Price for Sony RX10 M3 with 50 GBP Discount, sent Next Day by one of the Better Couriers. Very well packaged. European Stock with UK Plug. Someone Checked a Recommended Size Case that I had ordered was too small, so Upgraded to Size that fitted OK for Free before sending (Customer Service person Debbie informed me of this promptly).
