Im fuming. I've given a star for the work which has been carried out. I chose Uk Energy Management because of the high ratings on Trustpilot. First the Surveyor comes out, who I would rate as 5 star. Very thorough, explained everything that would happen from getting cavity wall and loft insulation followed by new thermostats, new radiators on pipework for the air source heat pump and informed me that there was enough light on our house for solar panels to be fitted (PV panels). First the cavity walls and loft insulation was done in one day. The job was done as it should be but they had no respect for us or the house and were they even informed that we had a child with mental health issues? Left mess and brick dust everywhere and used our neighbours garden aswell for their equipment. 20-11-2025 Chap comes round to change the thermostats and radiator valves. I asked him why he was putting the new valves on the old radiators and especially as the surveyor had told me the radiator pipes were 6mm and should be 10mm. He said I don't know mate I'm just doing valves and thermostats today. I thought it was a bit odd as they would have to drain the system again when they change the radiators. OK, job done well and worth 3-4 star rating. Today (21-11) Courtesy call asking me how the job went so I explained about the valves put on the old radiators, she replied "we're not fitting new radiators or air source heat pump or solar panels just cavity wall and loft insulation, radiator valves and thermostats" nothing else, so why did the surveyor explain in detail everything that would be fitted? I'm left with thermostats that seem to work via Internet connection. A thermostat in the airing cupboard I know nothing about, a thermostat in the hallway I don't know how to use and a broken oil boiler- Cheers guys. I'm fuming is putting it mildly

Lee and Lee worked virtually non-stop. They were helpful and efficient. They explained what needed explaining. They were polite and friendly . They left the house clean and tidy. Nice blokes

The men who did the work were friendly and efficient! They explained what they were doing and kept us up to date along the way.

Very experienced and courteous throughout installation and even repaired my loft hatch after doing the thermal work. Reliable and turned up on time and communication has been great throughout my upgrades to my home.

Lawrence and Sean arrived and introduced themselves. The job was done efficiently and they cleaned up afterwards. Both very polite young men

Mark and Brian arrived on time and got onto the tasks immediately. They have been very proffessional, informative and tidy. I have been kept up to date with the procedures as work has progressed and any questions i had have been answered. Thankyou.
