UKPetSupplies Reviews

Very happy with the bowl - arrived very quickly

Fabulous products at superbly competitive prices. Top quality products and super-fast delivery! Will definately be calling back very soon.

Got exactly what I ordered, it very well packaged and delivered promptly. I now have two very happy cats.

Ordered on the 5th December and was still waiting for parcel to arrive on 19th December, when I was then offered a refund. Unfortunately it is now too late to order with another company, so my daughter will not have her Christmas gift.

I bought a chinchilla cage for £54.99, when it arrived it was self assemble which is fine but the metal was warped which in turn made it very dificult to put together, it also seems quite flimsy, I haven't put the chinchillas in it yet so I hope it is strong enough to keep them from escaping!!
I also bought some dog toys and chinchilla treats, they were fine and I was pleased with them

There is a good selection of pet products at good prices. I do think the postage is quite expensive especially if you are just buying one item.

This was a hassel-free transaction, the website was easy to use and my item was delivered very quickly. Will definitely be a regular customer. :-)

My product arrived quickly and very happy with service

Was very happy with the service and will definitely use them again

had everything i needed in one place will deal with again

Highly recommended - I ordered a few items for my Chinchilla (so many items to choose from) - had what i wanted all in one place instead of having to buy from several suppliers - prompt delivery - great communication - will add these guys to my trusted supplier list and use again - Thank you UKpetsupplies

Well informed of dispatch and updates.

I can always rely on you to deliver my goods quickly. Everything has always been top quality and exactly as advertised. Prices reasonable too.

Still haven't received the goods so sent an e-mail and all I got back was please fill in a goods survey. No apology or expected goods delivery date given.

Excellent service as always and a great range of products. Thank you

My items arrived promptly. One item was slightly damaged but customer service was quick in its response and sent a replacement right away.

UK Pet Supplies have a wide range of products at good prices. Sometimes Parcelnet let them down in the delivery department but this is not UKPS's fault. Their staff are helpful and friendly and I plan to use them for all my Hamster supplies in future :)

Received what I ordered in good time and at the right price.

As above! As above!

Easy order process and fast and efficient delivery.
