Very easy to work with. Had an issue with the product I ordered. They immediately said they would replace it! It later transpired I resolved the issue with the original product and did not require a replacement.

Quality racking, expert advice and excellent servi
Over the last couple of years we have purchased warehouse and office racking from UK Shelving and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.
Previously we had been using lower-cost shelving which, over time, became overloaded and raised genuine safety concerns for our team and the stock we store. When we spoke with UK Shelving about our requirements, they took the time to understand how we operate and provided clear guidance on the health and safety risks associated with inadequate racking. That advice alone proved extremely valuable.
The team are friendly, supportive and clearly knowledgeable in their field. The products supplied are very well priced, exceptionally sturdy, straightforward to assemble and, most importantly, give us confidence that our stock is being stored safely even at higher capacities.
A professional company delivering quality solutions with great customer service. Highly recommended.

Photo not accurate to product
The photo is completely misleading and does not match the product I received. What arrived looks noticeably different in design, and overall appearance from what was advertised. I purchased this based on the photos, and it feels like false advertising.
To make matters worse, I was also expected to pay for the return of an item that was not as described. That is unacceptable. Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend.
