I honestly can’t recommend this company enough! From the prices and quality of the products to the incredibly quick delivery, everything has been brilliant.

But what really stood out to me was their customer service. I was looking for a particular vape that was no longer showing as in stock, and rather than simply telling me it was unavailable, they went above and beyond to help me track one down. The time and effort they put into helping me was genuinely appreciated and really made a difference.

Not all the product from site are available in stoc.

Sent the wrong product and sent disposable vapes which are banned and to make matters even worse, they're all expired by 3 years.

No reply from customer service

they are all ways very good at delivery even thought the cost is abit high for me dont for get tax added but perfect communication with any need, will do what it is your asking of them to a fault. i use them every week for my vapes and rely on their orders so im true in saying i wouldn't go any other place well till my vapes run out that is i do thank them every time i get my vapes threw

Order arrived but 20 bottles of counterfeit vape oil.

Gives you faulty vapes and don’t replace. Keeps saying on your next order I’ll send out a an extra one. Every time you order no matter how much you remind them they tend to forget and say next order. Happened 3 different occasions. It’s not about the vape it’s the principal. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt.

AVOID!! Added on tax after ordering. Paid £8 for next day delivery. Contacted 4 days later to say nothing in stock so eventually sent different cheaper vapes. No money back. Shocking company!

Amazing company 10/10

Mixed box of 10 was fulfilled with only 3 flavours instead of 10 flavours. Seller very reluctantly agreed for me to return the order to - FAO Rohi, 117 Harley Street, M11 1AS. Now that i have returned the order and its been delivered confirmed by Royal Mail tracking and image evidence, seller has blocked me from WhatsApp and no longer responding to any messages. Filed a dispute with credit card to recover my money. Rohi, remember us consumers are protected in the UK. You can't run away with our money! Please stop stealing and tricking consumers for their money when you can't deliver services.
