Really fast service for additional matched keys with integrated digital airtag for locating by Iphone " Find my" app when mislaid. Ordered Thursday afternoon and securely delivered the next day. Simple to use website and smooth customer experience. Journey included security approval check with lock owner.

The lad who fitted the lock was very professional,,I would recommend

Excellent service and good quality product

The fact that the key can’t be copied without the owners permission is a great additional security.

I received straight answers for what i wanted to know

Good Customer Service: had lost details and information re. my locks. Rang Ultion up and was quickly sorted out with my questions ...

Quick and easy to Register my Lock Keys. Knowing that the Keys cannot be duplicated without my permission should someone try to make copies.

There was a slight issue with registering our key number but this was resolved quickly, and the team went above and beyond by providing extra keys for us. An excellent product and outstanding customer service from a great Yorkshire company.

Ordered 2 keyed alike locks but when fitted one of the lock barrels failed and when trying to lock it the half barrel came out with the key. Concerning of how it happened and was difficult to get the rest of the lock out.

Ordered key tag on Sun morning and arrived by DPD Monday. Great service

It was easy and simple to register my key with you.

My son registered the keys on my behalf. He said it was easy and straightforward, so it was him that gave 5 stars. I'm not very good with technology.

Great service

Great idea with the Apple air tag. Good price, arrives quickly. Can’t fault it

Locks are so easy,

It difficult for me to say if anything is special about the lock except the cost of the keys. It's like buying insurance the value will only be known when/if someone tries to get in my home.
