Absolutely horrendous company to deal with, radiators constantly delivered damaged and bent and the back up is atrocious.
The sales reps and customer service constantly lies and delivery's haven't turned up multiple times - when chased your told they don't know where the order is.
Do not use this company!

Bought ultraheat column radiators through local wholesaler. Problem with sockets not being tapped out correctly on all of them. Tried to say tails were cross threaded but eventually admitted issue. Replacement same issue. Admitted they had tools to re tap threads which indicates commen issue. Poor quality products and even worse service.

Purchased 2 Ultraheat radiators from Heatandplumb. Both rusted at the seal, leaked from the same place at very similar times. Only had them 2 years. Independent plumbers have confirmed they are low quality and should be replaced under warranty, both Pitacs and Heatandplumb have refused this. Awful service throughout. Stay away from:
- Ultraheat
- Pitacs
- Heatandplumb/ Pioneer bathrooms

Do not use this firm and do not trust David Cartwright, Mark Kilfoyle, Saffet Kalendar and Chris Moor - all of them gave me written confirmation they make inferior products and also make promises they dont keep. I have written evidence so don’t say you have not been warned

I think Beth 28 November 22 is hanging the wrong man!, I think she has bought “Ultra Heat Pro”, ( a plug in , electric “ miracle “miniature wall heater which I agree is a scam, it’s obviously a scam, you don’t get anything for nothing

I bought this heater after a very convincing advert on YouTube. I forgot to check for independent reviews before I bought it and wish I had! When I plugged the heater in and turned it on I couldn't believe the noise! It sounds like a leaf blower. It was so loud it even startled my cat! There is no way you could use this heater and listen to music or watch TV.

Secondly, I literally turned the heater on for around 20 seconds. I knew straight away I couldn't use it because of the noise but please know that although it says on the front do not cover, it should also say do not touch. It was red hot and almost burned my hand after just a few seconds. So yes, it does heat up very quickly, but so does the grill. This is incredibly dangerous as if a child touched the grill they would seriously hurt themselves.

And finally, as some other people have said on here, you cannot get hold of their customer services team. I tried through three different routes. One of their email addresses does not even exist! Fortunately I purchased this useless and quite frankly dangerous product through PayPal and they got my refund back very quickly. I am so grateful to PayPal.

Very disappointed with Pitacs lack of professionalism and professional etiquette

Bought an Ultraheat radiator from Costco and during installation one of the attachments for the radiator was damaged beyond repair. I contacted Pitacs directly and they arranged to send out a replacement free of charge the same day. Great customer service!

Our radiators ordered in November were fitted this week.
Old radiators were of different sizes and makes and over 30 years old.
Had to order different metric sizes and radiators all same make.
Very efficient ordering from Taz who did everything we requested.
Rads arrived one day early without warning,due to missed communication in transport system.
Our plumber just fitted this week and he is very impressed with the quality of the rads. He will be recommending your rads to his clients and colleagues. They certainly belt out the heat.
We had to phone to find out where the mounting brackets were which were put in the radiator fins.
Would highly recommend the efficient service and quality of product in comparing with other companies.

Bought a triple panel radiator after they beat a competitors price. Order was placed one day and radiator was delivered the next. Would have given them 5 stars but was told it would take 2 days to deliver and it was lucky the dentist had rung to put back my appointment otherwise no one would have been in.

Ultraheatrads are super easy to deal. Very reliable. And always good to their word. I have used them for high outputs rads several times over the past few years and the service is constantly brilliant.

I called this company several times before I ordered the radiators but they didn't get irritated with my questions!

Once I had placed the order on line they called to give me verbal instructions about accepting the package, wow!

The order came in double quick time and the radiators do the job very well! We have a problem with space for one of them and the heat coming out of such a small rad is amazing.

The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that they said they could not guarantee delivery before Thursday so we put our plumber off and he went to another job - then the rads came on Monday! But hey, it was not their fault and at least they didn't promise what they couldn't deliver!!

Excellent response to queries, and immediate turnaround on order. The compact high output triple radiators have proved to be perfect in small spaces under windows giving a powerful output. These will be boxed in. None of the plumbers quoting on my house seemed to be aware that such radiators existed, and were recommending expensive cast iron radiators to fit in the space available, and achieve the heat output required.

Helpful on the phone. Radiators arrived promptly. I could not ask for anything more.

The radiator arrived next day and was well protected no dents

I required unusual size radiators - which my local Heating & Plumbing merchant had advised was not available - Ultraheat Radiators had the particular size showing on their website for a very affordable price and they were delivered in 2 days, well packaged and in perfect condition. That is as good as it gets. Would definitely buy again and would recommend them to anyone needing quality radiators at reasonable prices.

I was disappointed that one of the products I ordered was discovered to be out of stock and discontinued. So I was forced to either buy a radiator that was potentially under-powered or pay a lot extra for a bigger one.
Having said that, the customer service I received was very understanding and a discount was applied without pushing for it. And it turns out that the smaller radiator is adequate for the job. So it all worked out well in the end. In summary - website needs to be more accurate, but customer service was very good.
