Salam, we recently performed Umrah and we booked our package through umrah ventures. I am very happy and satisfied that we received services there as they have been committed us. Hotels are excellent specially Vocco Mecca. Our service person was Talha, he is very cool and wise person his way of dealing was excellent. I am thankful to Umrah Ventures.

Back in September 2025 I got in contact with Umrah Ventures Ltd to query Umrah Packages. My initial call was with Brother Rahman. Upon my first call with him I discussed my requirements very specifically and in detail. Brother Rahman took extreme care to understand and explain to me everything I should know.
Following almost a month of back and forth from my side changing dates, checking various flights passengers, hotels etc Alhamdullilah i finally came to a decision and confirmed my trip. Unlike most, I started my trip in Madinah and then Makkah. I was anxious being my first time whether I would have any problems with transit or hotel confirmation but brother Rahman kept on assuring me everything is booked and will be fine. Alhamdullilah all that was put to rest the minute I arrived in Madinah. I was given the name of the travel company and my booking reference and went straight to the counter which was so easy to find in the airport. Taken to my hotel, help with my luggage and checked in. The hotel in Madinah was a recommendation from Brother Rahman as I wanted to stay within 5 minutes walk of the Haram. And it was just that. I was initially unhappy with the room as it had a strange smell but this was quickly actioned and changed for me.
The ground transfer between airports and train stations was also extremely smooth. Pick up was always on time. Only thing I would recommend the travel company to ensure their staff can communicate a little bit of English as I do not speak Arabic nor Urdu. But google translate comes in handy!
Upon arriving in Makkah I stayed at The Address which my preferred hotel. Ofcourse this was amazing and easy access to the Haram either by foot through the back door which takes around 7 minutes or shuttle bus which is 24/7 to and from and takes less than 5 minutes.
All in all I can honestly say the company Umrah Ventures Ltd is great but my personal agent Brother Rahman was incredible. He has the most sabr I have ever seen and so committed to making sure my travel was comfortable. Even whilst away I was still commuting with him to the day I returned! There has not been any un answered questions. He will respond to all my queries within minutes and sorting out anything I required.
Another thing to mention just be mindful if you're traveling with a tourist visa as some airlines will not allow you to bring back zamzam water. We returned with Saudi Airlines and different staff members advised different things.
My experience with Umrah Ventures Ltd has been extremely pleasant Alhamdullilah and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to book with them especially directing them to Brother Rahman.
I would also like to publicily thank him for dealing with me for 5 months because I know it was not easy. May wallah reward you for your sabr and good heart.

this company is unreliable. dishonest and liars. they agreed the package and send all infos then change it prior of travelling either by refund or pay extra. we returned yesterday had à distressing time.🥲😢😢 we were told the hotel is 3/4 star ended in one star.
Be extra cautious future hajjis.

in my circumstance they told me they book Emar hotel in my package then when i approached the hotel while my stay in mecca, i investigated the matter to find out why the hotel cancelled my booking find out this company never made booking.

They showed me a fake paper with booking reference saying Emar cancelled it.

Accordingly, this company usually do this to customers to get more money at last minute in à dishonest way.
we had no choice at last minute to pay extra just to go umrah.
i will never book or recommend anyone to umrah ventures ltd
they cheated us and caused us inconvenience.

they booked us cheap , unhygienic and far away hotel from haram.
we got bugs and mosquitoes bite lack of sanitation

Also do not book with virgin Airlines as they will not allow you to bring zam zam water because of their new rules and regulations.

Best company to book umrah, Ahmad helped us a lot and was very good at customer service. They provided us the best hotels and transport service was way too good. Driver also helped us in our check-in.
It was the best 11 days of my life.

The company were amazing, who guided us was Abdul Rehman his service was really good he told us everything and was very honest. They are a very trustworthy company we will definitely be using them in the future, provided us with both 5star hotels in makkah and madinah address jabal omar and al aqeeq with transportation at an amazing price no one could beat.

This was a company I had never used before, but I trusted them enough to book my Umrah package. Unfortunately, this was my first Umrah experience, and the company made the journey extremely difficult and distressing.

After taking full payment, they changed my hotel without informing me or obtaining my consent. I was advised to “enjoy my trip” and told that the company would contact me once I returned to London. As of today, 21 October, no one had contacted me, so I reached out to them myself to seek clarification and resolution.

During my call today, I spoke with a manager who behaved in a highly unprofessional manner and ended the call abruptly at 11:20am while I was calmly explaining my experience. I specifically raised concerns about the agent, Rahman, who is now denying the agreed conversation and providing false information about what was discussed. I have WhatsApp voice recordings of the conversations, which I can provide as evidence.

In addition to the lack of communication, the replacement hotels provided were of very poor standard, which caused significant distress and negatively impacted my Umrah experience.

The conduct of this company, particularly the lack of transparency, dishonesty, and the manager’s behavior, is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Customers should be cautious and not rely solely on promotional content or reviews when considering booking with them.

I am extremely disappointed and distressed by the service I received and feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision

Fatima was extremely helpful. I had so many questions, and she answered every single one patiently. She also sent over some amazing packages. Although we won’t be travelling at the moment, when we do decide to go for Umrah again, we will definitely be booking through Umrah Ventures.

We booked a trip for three adults and 2 3year olds for November. Paid more than their advertised costs which has hotels right outside Haram. Night before we flew we were told our hotel had changed despite requesting they book us nearer due to kids and knee issue with two adults. Anyways. Stayed at hotel they provided and day six we were asked to change hotels for no rhyme nor reason. No guidance nothing we had to figure things out on our own. Madina was a nightmare. Booked us in a disgusting hotel rool with broken and unclean toilet. On complaining next day we were asked to leave hotel without booking us elsewhere. Asked to wait in the streets till they sorted things out. We refused to vacate the room till an alternative was given. Later reluctantly agreed to stay there itself given the chaos. A day before we flew back we were again asked to change rooms. While we were packing up and I was severely unwell. Transfers were good but hotel bookings were awful. Opt for another agency they operate like novices. Never ever book with this company if you can help it. Horrible team giving one excuse after another and acting like headless chickens clueless to what was going on. They ruined our ibadat timing due to the horrible management.

One of the worst service provider I have seen.

It was an excellent experience. We 4 friends , all doctors from UK , wanted to try a relatively economical package this time . I contacted many agencies and got the best quote from umrahventures . Miss Laiba was our agent who was ready to help round the clock and was very helpful with excellent communication and professionalism. We took flights , hotels in madinah and Makkah and visas for all of us . Everything was almost perfect with 1-2 little exceptions .
Keeping the budget and economy in mind , still a little bit of room of improvement remains in 2 things :
1. Wizz air related issues specially with regards to online check in as it almost cost us an extra 100 pounds for 4 of us if we had gone for paid seats due to concerns about flight being no show or denied boarding . ( needs more specific and clearer instructions)
2. Vocco hotel was luxurious, clean , comfortable but shuttle service was a flop as it takes too long ( around 45 minutes including 15-20 minutes wait , 20 minutes slow transit in traffic , 10-15 minutes walk from bus stop , as opposed to said 15-20 minutes ) and hence missing regular prayers in haram .
Despite the above 2 issues , our tour remains superb and credit goes to Miss Laiba for her excellent expertise and services . Hope to get in touch with you soon for my next trip .

Rehmanullah from Umrah Ventures helped me and my wife get our Umrah visas issued. He offered me the best price as compared to many others and was very calm and helpful through out the process. He arranged transportation for us as well which was pretty good. I would recommend using Umrah Ventures based on my experience.
