Useless. Only harvested my data and spammed me.
I supplied detailed financial information as part of my request for a consultation with an advisor. They did not communicate anything useful, only spammed me with marketing. After a month I asked them what was going on and they said 'sorry we were unable to match you with an advisor at this time' which isn't really an explanation.
Seems to me this is simply a data-harvesting operation.

I used unbiased twice. First was to find a local accountant. They lined me up with one 400 miles away who kept calling & messaging, despite my obvious lack of interest.
Second, to find a pensions adviser. This time they lined me up with possibly the most expensive adviser around who planned to charge me three times the usual rate.
It's shocking that this seemingly random service is promoted by so many, including Money Helper and Citizens Advice

The company who was put in touch with me through Unbiased also seemed to be excellent. I explained my situation. They were very understanding. I will happily seek the advice they offered, in the future, if I decide not to stay with the first company I chose.

Got an offer through my workplace about them. Emailed on the 16th of March and said today that they couldn't find an advisor and I have to re-submit the form and wait again. Very unprofessional and disappointing and will not bother waiting for them and their misleading advertising
