Not worth it for small financial pots
Unbiased need to make it clear that your pensions, savings, etc need to be more than £20k (and probably somewhat more) otherwise advisors will be invisible. After two requests, no advisors were forthcoming as they realise my situation is not going to be worth their time, effort and seemingly expensive Unbiased cost per lead (as per some reviews on here). Not quite a scam but a lead magnet for Unbiased to try to sell other services

Got there eventually
I was looking for some financial advice as I was interested in consolidating some pension pots.
On the first go it took about 4 or 5 days to get an email telling me there was nobody who could help, which I thought was very odd as my case isn’t the most difficult.
That email gave me the option to try again so I did and a day later was put in touch with an advisor who after an initial couple of conversations I’ve taken on.
So got there eventually but could have been quicker.
