- Ordered a pair of shoes in July 2023 (13 months ago), lead time was 10 to 12 weeks;
- Took 5 months to arrive, had quality issues;
- Replacement was promised to be ready in 5 weeks. I waited for 9 months before giving up;
- Customer Service (Sonia, Rinna, Leo) – one unconscientious bunch. It was standard for me to have to wait several weeks and sometimes the length of a month to receive yet another inadequate response;
- Threatened to start posting online reviews if somebody did not get back to me with a refund confirmation by the end of that day. Received a reply within half an hour;
- By far the most absurd customer services experience I have had and I have been around for a while.

Awful company. Never got my product, haven't got my money back. Thieves.
Seven and a half months to receive a reply on this. Absolute joke.
Recommend everyone issue a chargeback or a dispute to your card provider that you paid with if you're not happy with your purchase.

Have waited for refund for 4 months (so far)

I have been waiting for a refund on a return for 4 months so far despite emailing and calling them about the issue consistently. This is after the order taking 3 months to arrive in the first place. They keep replying and saying that they are escalating it to their manager etc but nothing seems to be happening. I have never left a trustpilot review before but I have never experienced such bad customer service and am genuinely worried I'll never get my money back.

Quick overseas delivery (Five days from the UK to Canada!) and exceptional quality of product and design. I look forward to wearing the Single Sole, Barfly for many years to come

I got my first pair of Undergrounds 30 years ago. It's a toss-up between their quality and their uncontested coolness that I give them 5 stars. They're a cool company, a superior product and I still feel like a badass in these shoes.

Big hugs for getting me the shoes of my dream. I read that the shipping time is very long but I them in about a week. I don't think it is that long and the quality is so good, love the packaging too! Thanks to Leo for the help too

Buyer beware! I ordered a custom made pair of shoes August 2023. They took my money, but never sent the shoes. They agreed a refund in December 2023 and that still hasn't arrived even after many promises. I'm so upset. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Chaussures jamais reçues au bout de plusieurs mois. On se fait mener en bateau avec des mails qui vous promettent un délai pour le lundi suivant et 2 mois après toujours rien, ils refusent de rembourser et ne répondent plus. C’est du vol, lamentable. J’avais épargné pour me faire plaisir et voilà. Si j’avais lu avant les avis je n’aurai jamais commandé. Dégouté

They make amazing boots.
But don’t hold your breath to ever receiving them. My order was made November 2022 (19 months ago) and I am still waiting
I still hope to have the boots so I will look good in my coffin (hopefully many years from now)

Article reçu non conforme. Taille mauvaise. Qualité médiocre, en aucun cas en rapport avec le prix demandé. Le "cuir"? suède est aussi fin que du tissus, mal cousu. La semelle n'est pas en caoutchouc mais plutôt dans une matière plastique. Délais de livraison non respecté. J'ai dû bataillé pour obtenir un accord de retour. Mon retour a été réceptionné il y a plus d'un mois par leur entrepot, et je n'ai toujours pas de remboursement. Juste des promesses pour m'endormir. Que des mensonges. Au total, j'aurai perdu 288 euros!!!
J'aurai dû vérifier mieux avant les différents avis négatifs de victimes ayant connu les mêmes déboires.
Si comme moi vous aimez ce type de chaussures creepers, courage, fuyez cette entreprise voyou dans votre seul intérêt!!!

it's been 16 months now. 2 pairs of boots never delivered and promised refunds never made. chased over phone, emails. lost £700. submitting small claims court case now. absolute thiefs. don't buy.

First bought a pair of shoes in February 2022, followed sizing guide but the shoes I got were too small. After sending them back to change for a bigger size it took them 9 months of many many emails always promising they would send them back at the end of the month. Finally got the shoes in late December.

Now I stupidly gave them a second chance and bought another pair of shoes on December 2023, it's May 2024 and no shoes yet and they keep promising to ship the shoes soo. Both times they refused to give me a refund.

Never buy shoes online from them.

Absolutely awful. I ordered a pair back in January I got told they weren't I'm stock at the moment which I was completely fine with. Once they arrive in they will be sent to me. FOUR months later I'm still without the shoes or a refund which I got told on a very rare email ( it's being processed...) after attempting to get an update I now don't get any sort of reply. I've never spent that amount of money on shoes before and was really looking forward to getting them. After how disgustingly poor they have been in communication with updates I just want my money back. It's mad that a company like this thinks it okay to steal from people and doesn't seek to care at all. I'm a really chilled guy but it's a disgrace. I will be popping into the store to see if I can speak to someone face to face and get the refund back. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

It's a shame that this company is obviously no longer what it used to be. The quality of the shoes is good, but working with them is very challenging. I ordered several pairs of shoes B2B for my store in august 2023. They only delivered 2/3 of my order. I even had to get a lawyer involved but they still ignore every e-mail or phone call. So am I now without the shoes and without the money. Thanks for screwing over a small business guys, not very "punk rock 'n' roll" of you.

I've been after B-OLLOCKS, the Dennis Morris photo essay on the SEX PISTOLS. But the asking price on ebay and elsewhere amounts to extortion. UNDERGROUND had a new copy threw in a 10% discount. And I got it within the week which is amazing as I live in Sydney, Australia. The book was well wrapped unlike THRIFT BOOKS who don't give a stuff how you receive your orders. 5 STARS for UNDERGROUND ENGLAND

Les seules Creepers rouges de mes rêves disponibles uniquement chez Underground...grand bien m'en a pris de leur commander : elles sont magnifiques et reçues assez rapidement (j'étais prévenu que cela durerait au moins deux semaines). Ils sont gentils, efficaces et les chaussures sont d'une qualité exceptionnelles (ce n'était pas mes premières Creepers et croyez-moi, vous verrez la différence avec d'autres marques...sans les nommer). Foncez !
