Thanks to Pininterest I found Undergroundparts t/a Jones & Grey. I wanted quality ,but affordable lever door handles in a reeded aged antique style. Ordered 2 sets and wow, these handles were perfect & just £20 a pair delivery free.
Excellent customer service coupled with very fast delivery meant I had no hesitationin ordering 4 more sets . Cannot recommend highly enough

Great customer service, part arrived the next day, unfortunately the wrong part was sent. Emailed Undergroundparts and received a reply within 15 mins, all sorted within 1/2 hour, new part on its way on 24hr delivery. I will certainly use them again. Nice to see old fashioned customer service in this day and age.

A wing mirror cover went missing from my car (VW Polo) at Heathrow Airport carpark, very frustrating. I went to VW to order a replacement and was told it was almost £50 and that was unpainted. With it painted it would be over £120! I searched for secondhand ones but no luck then found them available for next day delivery from underground parts, for just under £25. The part arrived wrapped carefully and was easily OEM quality and perfectly colour matched. Fitted in less than 10 seconds and you would never know. Delighted with the outcome, can't believe VW wanted almost 5 times as much!

Had wing mirror indicator glass speedily and efficiently delivered. Than need new full mirror for other side, again part arrived speedily, unfortunately it didn't fully function. Quick mail and a helpful phone call to arrange return and refund. All sorted. Would use them again.

Woke up one morning to find that someone had stolen my wing mirror casing. Happened by chance to come across Underground Parts and bought a very well priced replacement, paid for next day delivery and was able to replace my wing mirror casing within 24 hours of it being stolen. I ordered a wing mirror cover for my Clio after someone smashed mine off, it was despatched quickly and arrived two days later with free delivery, and was packaged well. It fitted perfectly and looks exactly the same as the original, you’d never know! Great, speedy service, will definitely use again if I ever need anything else.

I purchased a replacement wing mirror from these guys for my fiesta 2013 racing red. It was posted straight away and I recieved a message to say it was on it's way, it arrived a couple of days later,it was securely packaged with plenty of bubble wrap to protect it, it was perfect the colour was a 100% match and it fitted like a glove it has made the car look a 100 times better and I would reccomend anybody looking for top quality replacement parts to use these guys, customer service was impeccable and I will definitely use them again.
