Lee Burke did an amazing job. The wardrobe fits in so perfectly and is even better than I thought it would look. Lee was really friendly and made sure he double checked every decision with me. Kasia also did a great job in the design process! Really recommend.

We had a great experience with Unflatpack and couldn't be happier with the result! We were initially quoted a very large unaffordable cost from a leading fitted wardrobe supplier, so we started looking around for alternatives. Unflatpack have designed something very similiar to what we were quoted but for a third of the cost. The whole process was so smooth and we felt in great hands with Kasia. Alfie the fitter was incredible and did such a good finish. I never thought i'd be showing people pictures of a wardrobe at social occasions, but we're just so happy with how it came out... It's really revolutionised our storage!

We designed our built-in PAX wardrobe with Kasia's guidance. She was incredibly helpful and offered ideas that we hadn't considered as well as reassuring me that the design would work and the wardrobes would actually fit! She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Similarly, Alfie was an absolute star and created a really fantastic wardrobe in a tight space in two days. He worked around wonky walls and plug sockets and delivered something that we're really happy with this. Not only was he great at his craft, he also was very accommodating to my baby's naps which was very kind.

The wardrobes look fantastic. It was a clear process & really helpful to step through it all with Harrison/Kasia - great communication. We are chuffed with the final result (thanks Alfie!), especially with seeking not to use the backboard & ensuring it was still structurally sound. Highly recommend!

Unflatpack did an amazing job fitting my IKEA PAX wardrobe with sliding doors to perfectly suit my space. The finished result looks beautiful and is exactly what I had hoped for, with a really high-end feel.

The consultation and communication throughout were clear, helpful and reassuring, which made the whole process feel very smooth. On installation day, the team were friendly, professional and incredibly tidy, leaving everything spotless once the work was done.

A big thank you to Kasia, Will and Jack for such a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Unflatpack to anyone looking to achieve a high-quality, bespoke finish in their home.

Harrison was really helpful about planning our cupboard. It was easy to arrange the delivery and Alfie came to fit it. He was terrific, really polite and organised. The design was changed a bit so we returned some stuff to ikea which was fine.

Very clear instructions for measurements, excellent advice, kept in the loop, excellent workmanship.

This is our second time using Unflatpack and we've been very pleased on both occasions! Communication with Harrison from the Unflatpack office was great from the start, and he even gave us some design suggestions and ideas. Lee and William did a fantastic job fitting our bedroom wardrobes. Everything was completed quicker than expected and the rooms were left clean with all leftover material stacked neatly for removal.

I was skeptical at first, it’s not easy to navigate built in wardrobes and our specifications were more tricky as we needed to work around a boiler, cornice, and a built in desk area. Harrison was very good at communicating, answered emails quickly and was very informative. Lee came to fit the wardrobe and straight off the bat I knew he was going to do a good job. Lee has amazing attention to detail, he went above and beyond to make the wardrobe look as good as it possibly could. He worked tirelessly to get it finished and the end result is exactly what I wanted. Lee was a pleasure to have in the house, friendly, funny and great taste in music. I honestly couldn’t recommend him more and I’m really thankful that he travelled all the way to west London to get the job done. Thank you Lee. You’re a legend!

Very friendly service from both head office during the planning stage as well as the installer during installation. Lee did an amazing job fitting the wardrobe into our old house’s wonky ceiling and the final result looks great! Very happy customer!!

Will did an excellent job installing and the wardrobe looks great (5 STARS!). That said, the process was more stressful and expensive than it needed to be:

- Installation was cancelled on the same day with no restitution and ultimately took about twice as long as advertised (keep in mind we had no bedroom/bed throughout this period).

- Instructions from Unflatpack were unclear: the email said “includes the extra materials we’ll need to infill,” which made it sound like the additional panels were already included in the IKEA order Unflatpack approved. They weren’t, which led to last-minute scrambles and 100s GBP of extra costs (car rental to go pick them up same day/work disruptions etc)

- Communication was polite but mostly reactive — a bit more ownership of process hiccups would have made a huge difference

The service we received from Unflatpack was excellent. Our point of contact Kasia was knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to design decisions, guiding us through the options.

Their technician Alfie was on time, polite and dedicated to doing a fantastic job.

We are very pleased with the finished result and would happily recommend their services to anyone considering this approach to built in furniture.

Harrison helped us plan our design. It was an intimidating project but he guided us through the process with utmost patience and professionalism.

Denver, our fitter, is a real character- very friendly, helpful and professional. He worked tirelessly throughout the day and we loved having him around. He made a few tweaks to our design to improve it further and took utmost care in ensuring all the furniture in the room would fit around it. It’s so rare to find someone this reliable, diligent and skilled.

We would 100% recommend Unflatpack to anyone looking for IKEA fitted wardrobes. Our only regret is not finding them sooner!

Very happy customer! Throughout the design process Kasia was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Lee installed my wardrobes and they are perfect - exactly what I wanted! He was very friendly and efficient.

Brilliant service to assemble and fit my PAX wardrobes. At a fraction of the cost we were quoted by Sharps and co, and a much better design too. Our fitters were excellent - clean, tidy, professional and did the job in less than a day. We had a pressing need to get the wardrobes fitted within a specific timeframe (out of our control) and special mention must be made of Kasia who provided exemplary customer service, kept in regular touch to update us, and removed any stress from the situation. Highly recommended and we will use again.

We've had "temporary" metal wardrobes for the last five years and finally made the decision to upgrade - and are so glad we used Unflatpack to do it. They talked us through every step of the process from design to installation, let us take our time when we had to pause and then come back to the project, and installed everything perfectly with no fuss. Harrison and the team were so helpful in managing our questions and Lee fitted the wardrobes in less time than expected. Our new wardrobes look incredible and we can't believe the difference it's made to the look of our bedroom and the amount of storage we have. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about using Unflatpack - well worth the investment!

We recently used Unflatpack to fit a set of wardrobes into our bedroom.
The whole process couldn’t have been smoother, and Harrison at Unflatpack couldn’t have been more helpful. After an initial video consultation where the build was thrashed out, everything followed smoothly on. On the day Lee arrived promptly to fit them. He was brilliant, working just about non-stop for two days. He was also very helpful, and happy to accommodate a few changes we made as to the height of the rails and drawers. Had a great experience from the get go! After submitting my details and what I wanted I had a personal video call from someone on the team to talk me through my design and any alterations, plus other options available. I was then booked in with Alfie who was very professional and a self described perfectionist, who fitted the wardrobes perfectly. Very happy with the end result and the process from start to finish was very straightforward. Would definitely use Unflatpack again for any future furniture needs!
