I give you 3stars because I hate to wait for delivery….if you tell me delivery will be between 3-5 days, that’s fine, but few weeks - no good, even the driver to drive his vehicle with 3 wheels will be delivered by 2 weeks max….sorry but I'm correct and exact person and I love to work with same people from other side.

Thank you for your review Evgeni. The 3-5 working days quoted is for the Royal Mail delivery once your order has been despatched. Our normal processing time is another 3-5 working days on top of that as quoted in our terms and conditions. Every order is subject to stock availability, so sometimes customers have to wait a little while for their order. Like you I don't like waiting either - so I will do my best to get your orders out quicker in the future! Thanks, AJ

The skirt was despatched to you within 2 weeks during the busiest times of the year for us, so I'm not entirely sure why you think the customer service was horrible. Leggings were of poor quality and the s…
Leggings were of poor quality and the s peeled off after a single wear. On returning the item 2 days after purchasing I was told they had been chewed! After a bit of two and throwing leggings were finally replaced , my daughter is 12 and really wouldn’t sit in lesson chewing her leggings whilst wearing them.
Following your reply I can assure you you told me they looked like they had been chewed. It was only when I enforced the point a couple of times that she had worn them on a school open evening and there was no way she’d be sitting chewing her leggings during the evening that you finally agreed to change them. You tried to say your supplier would say they look like they had been chewed and wouldn’t refund you for them.
Exactly I’ve shopped with you lots of times. So yes I was put out when you tried to accuse me of deliberately damaging the leggings a pair of leggings that she needs for pe so why the hell she’d purposely damage them I don’t know. Maybe your customer service towards loyal customers could be a bit better.

I don’t believe we said they had been chewed on! We asked you how the vinyl had come away and after you explained we assisted you with an exchange.
In the past, we’ve had customers deliberately damage leggings including peeling the vinyl, ironing it and biting it so there isn’t anything wrong with us to ask for clarification on what happened as that is what I would need to explain to the manufacturer.
You’ve shopped with us a number of times and we’ve helped you with exchanges previously. I am sorry if you were not happy on this occasion, although I would understand if we refused you an exchange which we didn’t.

Quality of uniform is good
Quality of uniform is good. Service is lacking. 20 Working days ( note that I wrote working days) after my order I sent an email for an update on my order. All I got was an email confirmation that my order was dispatched ( after receiving my enquiries email). It’s obvious that my email triggered the dispatching of my order. What I expected was a response to my request for an update ( definitely an apology) why my order was not sent initially. I have placed another order and hopefully I won’t have to remind them to ship this time.

Thank you for your review Wole. I would like to point out however, that Kenningtons Primary is a new school for us and we began supplying their uniform just before the start of the summer break. The items you ordered were pre-order items, which means they are not in stock and you are essentially reserving products that are to be launched very soon. 20 working days in the peak season is not alot, especially for pre-order uniform items. We ship orders as and when stock comes in. You may feel like your email 'triggered' the despatch of your order, then I'm afraid this is not the case. Customers from KPA that have not emailed or called us have also received their uniforms. Some also had to wait for the pre-ordered items.
Once again, thank you for your review, but please consider the fact that your primary supplier closed their shop and the school signed us up very late on in the year.
Helpful staff
My son told very last minute that his blazer was a little snug, so after trying for a couple of days to get through to other suppliers with no answer, I was told about uniforms by Niki. I called this morning and the lady on the phone was super helpful and we popped down there and tried on and got his blazer the staff where really helpful. Thank you very much
