Issues with Insurance Claim Payments and Service
In the beginning, the insurance company was very friendly and helpful. However, after I made my first claim, their service deteriorated significantly. One issue was that they marked claims as paid on their system, but the funds never appeared in my account. This happened five times over two months, and I repeatedly asked them to provide proof of payment, as nothing was reflected in my bank account. Only after three weeks of back-and-forth emails did they finally make the payment. They are extremely unreliable when it comes to paying out claims, yet they are quick to increase policy fees, claiming you are making too many claims—claims they haven't even paid out.
