Good instore experience when first purchasing a single bed and mattress for our spare room. Delivery when promised and assembly went fine. Looks good. All OK.

Just had 3 bedrooms with new underlay and carpet. Fantastic service on both days from all the fitters. We’ve used them before and will continue to do so..

The salesman was of very high standard and the fitters were really skilful

We asked for the same fitter who did our bed room as he made a very good job, he was very sociable and made a good job this time as well , him and his mate moved the furniture out and put it back well pleased

Dayes changed due to having covid on the fitting team (testing isnt relevant anymore) The carpet fitter was lovely and chatting and made me feel at ease being in my own house alone as a woman. The first man I dealt with over the phone was an absolute star (sorry can't think of his name) sounded older than the man called ash. Ash on the other hand was not so helpful at all and was very rude to me and had serious attitude on the phone. Because he did not like my compliant I had to make. More so he was supposed to call me back and he didn't passing it on to the older gentleman instead.
Ash was to interested in telling me I was wrong instead of getting to the bottom of my issue.

Would Recommend Steve Gollings the fitter

The fitters were rude, incompetent, left a ue hand print on the wall tiles abd cupboard, mess on the wa outside where they cleaned their tools. In mu opinion because I refused a silicone floor they hacked at the floor making it a complete mess. We had 2 previous almost identical flooring from UC&B in the same room and these fitters have turned the floor into a shambles. Shocking

The person came for fitting was very good in his hand and professional.

They made the experience for buying and getting our carpet fitted a really easy process. When it came to have the carpet fitted the fitter respected our property, he was very professional, clean and polite, the finished product I was very very pleased I can not fault the sales team nor the fitter fitting and cleaning up after job, the carpet looks and feels amazing top marks to every one involved

Excellent service. Worked really hard and really fast, leaving my living room looking great. The staff in shop were really helpful and the guy who did the fitting was really fast and helpful.
I would hundred percent recommend this company and I will be using them again. Thank you guys.

However over two visits you have managed to waste a whole day, not told the truth, damaged my front door, ripped brand newly hung wallpaper, marked a newly painted ceiling, and the carpet threshold still fitted right even after the second visit. But you know what you won’t taken accountability and the fitter isn’t employed by us. But you still sent brand new creased carpet which resulted in me having to have the central heating in full blast and a calor fire lifted upstairs and left on to apparently decrease it. This is genuine not simply a moan, all fact so please feel free to come and for yourselves. Oh and the charges were also incorrect. So overall a terrible experience!

They now respond saying I should contact customer services if I’m not happy! How about you email me on…(very convenient the site doesn’t except email ad) so I’m sure if wanted to really have some interest you could call the Boston office and figure out who I am, what has gone wrong and arrange to come view the damage and listen to facts
