Easy to purchase the carpet in store, helpful staff who talked through the costings clearly. Communicated clearly when the carpet would be fitted.

The carpet fitters did a good job till they had to call for help however he did my lounge carpet I found a hole where they cut it with their Stanley knife so disappointed

Ordered flooring for the whole house. The staff were very patient, helpful, knowledgeable & not at all pushy. Flooring all fitted on the agreed dates and they've done a fabulous job, very happy.

My king size bed the mattress has about a 3 inch gap at the bottom ? Is that so?

Sales assistant was very helpful with advice and such forth. When I made my decision on a bed, sales part was easy, delivery was easy and delivery driver was helpful as well. Very satisfied with the mattress I bought. All in all a good experience but then they always are good in there.

Salesman friendly and aren't on you as soon as you go into the store which is good they give you a bit of time to look around before they ask if you need any help with anything. We bought a mattress and are very pleased with it, good price and very comfortable.

Friendly staff , who quickly answered my questions, were not pushy but extremely helpful. Helped in flooring selection, booking in of measure and the man who measured came on time , was very polite and helpful . Price given for flooring and agreed . I then called back into shop confirmed selection and paid . Brilliant service from start to finish . Booked in on day required. Definitely use again as I have done many times in the past.

Full marks for Craig. From the minute I walked into the Boston store until my purchase was complete, he couldn't have been more helpful. He listened to every word I said, never made me feel rushed and even carried a roll of carpet around the store so I could compare colours close up.
If only all customer service was this good. Thank you.

Craig was so helpful when we went into the shop, he gave us a lot of advice and a couple of different quotes for underlay and booked in our fitting for the following week. The carpet fitter Blake was also very helpful he turned up at the stated time and done a great job. I would definitely go back if I needed more carpet.

Saw Chris who has dealt with us in the past. He was friendly and welcoming as before and also remembered us. We were looking for carpet for our large conservatory, with so many types to choose from, he gave me advice on the type and colour to go for.
Chris also kept us up to date on the order and booked the fitter in as soon as he could, once he knew when the carpet was turning up.The fitter also did a great job who was pleasant and was clean and tidy throughout.
I would highly recommend United Carpets, Boston, they have always been my go to for Carpets!

We went last Sunday a lovely chap called Matt greeted us and was so helpful and friendly. We picked our carpet and underlay and was surprised they could fit it on the Tuesday. The fitter was Steve and he did an amazing job he to was so friendly.So well done united carpets .
