Chris the carpet fitter at Dudley branch.
Chris, the carpet fitter, arrived on time and quickly set to work. He was very polite, communicated with us throughout, and did a wonderful job on our bedroom carpet. Would totally recommend Chris to anyone looking for a carpet fitter. Don't forget Chris takes milky tea with one sugar! Thank you so much Chris.
Ishmael (apologies for spelling) at the store was also very polite and helpful and soon sorted our order out, to be delivered and fitted the next day. Thank you to the Team at Dudley.

I had my three story house supplied and…
I had my three story house supplied and fitted, fantastic service and assistance in the shop. We had many questions with it being a big house and wasn’t Sure on colours, They took time to deal with us in store a couple of times ( especially my elderly grandmother which was much appreciated the extra time given to her). the carpet looks lovely and you have made our house at home.

Great experience at the Dudley branch, Daz was really helpful and understanding of our needs. We were doing room to room and Daz took all the details and sorted our carpets and vinyl altogether. The carpet measuring guy came the same morning! Excellent, thank you!

Lack of attention to detail.
Wasn’t told we would need extra bars for coir matting carpet. According to the fitters the carpet wasn’t measured correctly, no one came out to measure to ensure our measurements were correct. Fitters didn’t use bar we expected for the joint with bathroom and will now have to take it back off because it has bowed our flooring. Never got a phone call from fitters to say when they were coming which was promised.

United carpets in Dudley
I went into united carpets in Dudley to see about a carpet I like, and the team in there was really helpful with answering all my queries. Darren walked me through the best options for my needs, and was so kind, and patient.
I am happy with my choice and fitting was arranged for the very next day and fitters did a fantastic job.
Thank you to the team for all your help, great experience and would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Was desperate for a new mattress but kept forgetting to pop in to sort it.
Im glad I did in the end. It's amazing. Great support, really comfy and easy to manoeuvre to get the fitted sheets on which is really important as I have a weak shoulder.
