Easy to order
Easy to order. Moved fitting date with ease. Carpet good quality. Fitters left all excess carpet & had to brush carpet after fitting as was full of carpet fibres.

Three bedroom carpets fitted
Three bedroom carpets fitted , I wasn’t present at the time as I was working, not sure if it is just me but people tend to paint then get new carpet ?? Gone today carpet appears to have been fitted ok however all of the bedrooms now have dirty marks / scrapes down the walls all three of them …. Because I want to now repaint when I have just done it and had carpet put in don’t I ….. I was debating getting the rest of the house done from here but I mean I don’t have the time to have to constantly repaint when I am trying to renovate a full house. Woodwork I would expect slight chips on but there isn’t really a need to mark all of the walls never in my life had marked walls from new carpet being fitted . First and last time I will use

Felt looked after
Was looked after by professional and knowledgeable staff member who showed us carpets in colour and budget we wanted to pay. Worked out total cost for us and we are really pleased with carpet we chose. Excellent quality. Would highly recommend.

The manager was perfect take me a year…
ST Helens ...The manager was perfect it's taken me a year to decorate on room but I finally painted it and needed carpet and the only time I could afford it was a week and a half before Christmas I didn't think I was gonna get it put down before Christmas as I had been living in my bedroom for over a year but finally I have a living room I can enjoy over the Christmas and prepare another room and hopefully buy some more carpet after Christmas from you so my experience was 10 out of 10 and thank you to the carpet fitter as well he was fantastic

Poor customer service; would not recommend or use again.
Ordered the carpet in store and was given an installation date approx 10 days later. Removed all furniture from the room as requested, only to then spend a week chasing them for a date. According to the store there was no date on the paperwork for fitting. After numerous days chasing and getting nowhere, I cancelled the order and placed a new order with a different supplier who installed it the following day. Refund requested. I then get a message a day later saying your carpet has arrived…. I had to stop myself from turning into a full on Karen and responding to this message. Overall, poor experience, would definitely not recommend and now whenever I drive past a United Carpets and Beds store I always shout expletives in the vicinity of my car to myself
