Second, the first one I received literally fell apart after a week or two. They sent me a new one and that worked for about 3 days and now the app cannot locate the device and I have followed all the troubleshooting that customer support sent - nope, still not functional.
calibration stopped working after a few days, no response on emails
Update: is has now been 3 weeks without response. First email sent on 18/03/26. No communication yet unless automated replies.
Description of issue: everything was fine, used it for a few days then went on holidays. When I returned, the device would not work properly then it asked me to re-calibrate. BUT the calibration kept failing over and over. The worst part is that when I tried to go on the support section they only have an email, sent an email and 2 days later still no response. Did I fall in a scam?

I've been using the Upright Go 2 for over a month now. I was a bit worried about it at first because of its really bad Trustpilot reviews. People were having issues like connectivity problems or constantly needing to buy new adhesive tape. That was a big concern for me since Upright is in the US and I'm in the UK, so shipping would be expensive.
Honestly, even though a lot of reviews say otherwise, I think the Upright Go 2 works just like it's supposed to. It buzzes when I slouch, and that's all I need. The adhesive tape also lasts a pretty long time. Like I said, I've been using the Upright Go 2 for over a month, and I still haven't had to replace the tape. So, in my opinion, it's genuinely reusable.
The way the Upright Go 2 is designed means it doesn't need to be constantly connected to the app via Bluetooth. It'll save data right on the device, and then it'll download to your phone as soon as you connect to the app with Bluetooth.
Bonus: I actually even accidentally wore the Upright Go 2 in the shower. I didn't realize it until I'd been in there for a while, but it's still working! So, props to that.

Just going to add my voice to the general consensus here. The concept is great, but the execution is really lacking. The app crashes constantly: about every 5-10 minutes, in my experience. It either disconnects from the internet unexpected or shuts down entirely. The device does not work reliably when not connected to the app, so much of the time it's not functioning like it's supposed to. The device itself needs to be recalibrated every time you move and is nearly useless for walking. Given that I mostly use it in my office and can restart the app every 5 minutes, it *is* working for me and I have a noticably straighter posture. But that may have more to do with my subconsciousness than the device! Since the concept is very good, I would look elsewhere for a similar, more reliable device. It's also very expensive. For what you get, this should be a $30-$40 product, but I paid nearly $110 for it including the necklace (which is just rubber and magnets); it probably costs them ~$2/unit to manufacture this thing in China.
Poor creator support and unfair review practices
I completed a UGC video project for Upright through the Billo platform and unfortunately had a very poor experience with their communication and review process.
On Billo, brands are given a review window to provide feedback or request revisions before a project is finalized. In this case, Upright did not provide any feedback during the review period, and the project was automatically approved by the system.
After the approval window closed, Upright then left a 1-star review, claiming the video lacked b-roll and product focus and that they expected a higher level of execution.
The confusing part is that after leaving the 1-star review, they then asked if I could redo the video.
At that point the project had already been approved and the negative review had already been posted, which leaves the creator in a difficult position. If the work is redone, the review still remains, so there is no clear benefit or resolution for the creator.
If there were concerns with the content, the appropriate time to address them would have been during the official review period, when revisions could have easily been made.
For other creators considering working with Upright, I would strongly recommend confirming expectations and feedback timelines clearly upfront to avoid similar situations.
This review is strictly about the communication and review process, not the product itself.
Not for everyone- unless you sit for a long time and don’t move
I have read the reviews about the help and support but my experience with them has been ok. The main issue is with the device (upright go 2) device. It loses connection all the time. When not connected to your mobile it doesn’t work and when you are away from the phone and come back , the connection is lost and then you need to connect. You have to calibrate multiple times each day. At least this has been my experience. If you are sitting behind the desk for a few hours and don’t move much then this is helpful otherwise don’t waste your money.
SCAMMERS, NEVER SHIPPED MY ORDER!!!
Made and order middle of January, Today is February 20th, sent numerous emails asking where is my order, not a single reply. The tracking number shows that it is incorrect. Scammers, never shipped my product out and never replied!
Terrible Customer Service,
Ordered a replacement necklace in December 2025. Received adhesive pads under that order number. Emailed customer service and after two emails finally received a reply. After providing the original order and the packing slip scans was promised a necklace would be shipped. No shipment ever occurred. Multiple follow up emails have received no reply. The Upright Go can be a great benefit to posture but Dario Health and Uprightpose have abysmal customer service.
Wish I read the reviews before. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered 28th of December. Filled in my correct address, paid with PayPal. On the confirmation email it showed "will be shipped to your PayPal address" instead of the address I entered myself.
Sent an email right away. Got 0 response whatsoever.
Terrible customer service.
In the end it seems like they even shipped it to a whole different address which is the street name that i entered myself. Combined with the housenr and postalcode of my PayPal address. What a mess.
Can not recommended it to order here to anyone. Just for the mess and customer service level alone. Cant say much about the product, but based on the other reviews I'm kinda glad it didn't even arrive.
Luckily PayPal has good service and reversed the transaction within a minute. Which makes me feel like im not the only one complaining to PayPal as usually they would give the seller time to respond.
Brilliant idea, mediocre execution
A brilliant idea with mediocre execution. I had no trouble at all with the ordering process to the UK - the gadget arrived within a week both times I ordered one. I wanted a spare. When the device is working, it's great, but it's been made too cheaply - and the bluetooth drops connectivity quite often. I'd much rather have paid twice as much for a version with better electronics. The attempt to get you to buy overpriced sticky patches is also very silly. Microphone stickers work fine and cost a fraction of the price, and surgical tape costs next to nothing. Just charge a modest subscription if you need recurring revenue.

Previously had good response from the Help section via email, but the last few weeks I have sent numerous emails with only 2 responses and then silence. I like the product but recent customer service has been very poor.

Incorrect address despite correct information provided. This was not changed even after immediate feedback and multiple notifications… The package could not be delivered – at least six attempts were made to contact the shipping company… The product was also advertised as suitable for the lower back – this is a lie – support was politely contacted ten times… to this day, no response… extremely poor rating.

Diese wurde auch nach sofortiger Rückmeldung und mehrfacher Hinweise nicht geändert…Paket konnte nicht zugestellt werden-es erfolgte mindestens 6 -malige Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Transportunternehmen… Werbung wurde auch für den unteren Rückenbereich gemacht - dies ist eine Lüge- Support wurde 10 mal höflich angeschrieben… bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung….. mehr als schlechte Bewertung
ZERO Customer Service
Their website was designed such that it autofilled using my old address, and there was no order confirmation page! I immediately emailed them to change my delivery address. Nobody responded! They shipped to my old address. There is ZERO customer service. NO reply whatsoever.

I have some doubt about product itself - definitely not bad, but it's not helping with neck posture that much, for back posture it's alright.
But I really don't get bad reviews about delivery. Got mine in two weeks from US to EU. I had to pay import fee, but that's normal.
