I am so extremely disappointed with my first subscription box that I think I am going to immediately cancel before it’s too late. For $65 I got a cheap longsleeve shirt and a cheap hoodie and it looks like something you would have bought at Walmart. When I signed up I selected items that I can wear to a professional business setting and I wouldn’t wear these at all and I cannot return them. I never like to complain but I really feel stupid getting so excited to open a box expecting clothes for work and getting something that looks more like pajamas. Are usually give these things two or three attempts before I cancel but this I might have to cancel right away. Be very careful

I would not recommend this subscription box. You have no opportunity to review the clothing before it's sent to you or even request certain pieces (like jackets, jeans, etc.) you need in your wardrobe. They charge a fee if you want to return it. They also charge a fee for simply cancelling your subscription.

Got this clothing subscription as a gift. So far I enjoyed everything Urbanebox has shipped me. Good quality and friendly customer service.

I got this as a gift for my wife and she absolutely loved the clothes, as well as the convenience.

The items that I received were nice but not the right size. I sent 4 emails over the week with no response. I went to their facebook page and left a review. They then blocked me from the site so I can't send them a message there. They have no phone number so you're left with no response. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Got the Urbanebox clothing subscription as a gift by my husband. So far I received 3 boxes and I have been surprisingly pleased. Was a little nervous at first after some of the reviews.

The clothing isn't great quality, even if you cancel after your first box (with confirmation) and remove your card info. They continue to charge you, they save your information in their system so they can. They claim I didn't enter my cancelation correctly. Even after I sent the EMAIL with confirmation.

I love getting my monthly UrbaneBox package! I guess its because I love surprises. The clothes are always really cute and stylish for only $65 a month! Looking forward to my November package already!!

If you wanna get left over clothes from k-momo & walmart sent to you subscribe. Very cheap clothes. Never received all "3" outfits. Not a good experience. If you care about quality, customer service and fashion don't use this service. Went with competitor and loving them.

Very happy with my first 3 boxes! The clothes were stylish and good quality. Don’t like shopping so this clothing subscription is perfect for me.

Honestly the ugliest clothes I have ever received and extremely cheap quality. Tons of hidden fees as well. Want to exchange the clothes? A fee. Want to get a different size? A fee. Want to cancel? That's another fee. Stay far away from this company.

My experience with Urbanebox exceeded my expectations. Very accommodating and helpful. I was able to go from having little idea what I wanted to having it perfected in less than 2 boxes. I didnt realize I am not a fan of dresses, but the button down shirt is a different story. It is not only is the best fitting shirt I have ever owned, but also the most comfortable. The Amelia jeans feel like they were made for me! I definitely recommend this company above all else. Who doesnt love increasing their wardrobe with their own personal stylist?!

Received a original penguin shirt and pants. The shirt alone was almost the cost of the box. Very pleased.

So far I have been very happy. Exchanges was easy, good quality clothes, and very affordable vs buying clothes as stores.

I got a single box today and was extremely disappointed. The clothing quality was acceptable, but to receive a sweater and a heavyweight cardigan on a 70 degree first day of spring felt like the servicewas cleaning out the closet rather than selecting clothing for me.

Updated: $30 cancellation fee isn’t mentioned in the FAQs. I’m sure it was mentioned in a user agreement but when you post an FAQ about cancellation I feel it’s appropriate to be upfront about any possible fees.

Just got my first box and I'm very happy with it. Good quality at a great price. I was very skeptical at first but glad I tried it.

Very happy thus far. Received brands from Original Penguin and Ben Sherman. I guess they stopped doing their own brands, which I think has improved the quality.

I got a few decent items but the experience is in no way as described. It doesn't matter what you tell them, they do not take it into consideration, you do not have a personal stylist and they do not care at all. Plus, make sure you read the fine print because they require a 2 month commitment or you get charged. My second package was filled with 1 shirt i liked and a white golf polo. The golf polo had no tags and could have been used for all I know. Lastly, after I got charged for cancelling, I offered to continue on with them, to get my discount and to try a 2nd package. Their reply was that they would send me one more package and then cancel me. They didn't even give me the option to stay on. I knew my package was gonna suck. They cancelled my login, didn't send me tracking or tell me the package shipped. Just awful customer service.
