Terrible service, goods not received, tracking link not recognised.

]Can’t fault the merchandise, however the customer service is non existent, they use a carrier that won’t or can’t deliver when they say they will and expect their customers to run around picking stuff up.. I can’t see them staying in business long if they treat everyone so poorly

Placed an order on 20th December 2024, paid for next working day delivery, as the order was out of office hours, the delivery won't be processed until the Monday 23rd December 2024, sent out 24th Xmas eve, fair enough. Communication was ok dealing with this.
However, 24th Xmas eve lunchtime rolled out, I checked DPD app for anything, nothing. I then had to chase by calling (no answer and the voice commands don't match the website) so email again it was, I was then told DPD scrapped the order etc and it won't be processed until today (Xmas eve) sent out 27th December 2024. I got an apology, however when I mentioned it was a Xmas present and it's effectively partly ruined, would I be compensated? No reply.
27th December rolls up and to no Surprise, DPD were expecting my order but not received it, and to top it off, Urban Gym wear only sent 2/3 items I ordered. I was livid, yet again, emails to no reply, I phoned back 30th December which a helpful man answered, explained what was wrong, and they'll be sent out the following day for sure, the items were delivered the following day. The money for the item not delivered was refunded aswell, however the discount code or free item we discussed has not emerged. I've checked my account and no mention of any future discount codes.
Therefore, I would strongly recommend not using Urban Gym Wear, I'll never use them again myself.

Unfortunately I’ve encountered the exact same issue as the many other reviews here. I wish I had checked out the company first. Use one of the many other gym clothing companies in the UK. This company ignore any correspondence that relates to a faulty item or returns. They are only interested in taking your money and have 0 customer service, after sales care.

Started off good as my product was sent very quickly.
I ordered some gym gloves and half way through my first workout of wearing them, one of them started to fall apart. I have had this brand before and they have always been really good.
Tried to contact Urban Gym Wear multiple times to see if I could get a replacement but go no response back. Wont use them again.

A week on and nothing has arrived. No reply to emails. They have no telephone number. May be a scam company....?

Ordered a t-shirt November 13th with next day DPD delivery... 2 weeks later nothing after sending 3 emails chasing. Had to get the money back from my bank. If I hadn't done anything they would have just kept the money and never sent my item. Absolutely shocking service. I would now avoid after having shopped with them before. Even a reply to my emails would have been appreciated.

Terrible customer service, Sent emails several times and no response clothes are good but you can get cheaper on other sites

Biggest range of Gasp clothing in the UK, quick delivery, good rewards points system and lots of great offers.

I have been using urban gym wear for years. Great company. Bigger range of clothing than anyone else. Always get my order next day to.

Stinky poop company After paying for the parcel you don't give a sh.....t . The parcel has not arrived for 5 days And no one said I'm sorry They just don't give a sh....t about the customer I do not recommend honestly I advise against shopping in this company

Very disappointed I ordered a T-shirt with them on a Friday paid for next working day delivery which is the Monday. I did check but the item wasn’t even sent out to dpd But they just emailed me on Tuesday saying it will arrive on Wednesday that’s not next working day delivery. I hate these companies that can’t Honour next day delivery but happy to take your money.

Placed an order on a Monday morning paid for 48hr delivery and didn't receive my order when was due 48hrs later, when checked on there website it stated not even been posted yet, sent them an email and didnt receive a reply. So then called them they told me it had been posted but didn't provide a tracking number. Would not recommend ordering from them if you want your order to turn up on time as seems they dont post items when claimed have! Quick to take the money but not provide the goods.!

Have ordered from here plenty of times as has my partner and we have received nothing but a* service every time -
Top service and great range of products, they couldn’t be more helpful.

Avoid this company and purchase your active clothing elsewhere, they’re one of a handful of businesses at the moment using the “COVID Pandemic” as an excuse left right and centre to provide abysmal customer service - They offer alternative delivery charges; 1st class tracked / 48 hour tracked options for an extra cost and then you don’t receive your order In the timescale they’re advertising, I still haven’t received my order and when you contact them they just say it’s the pandemic’s fault and they won’t refund the postage - don’t waste your time and money with these amateur business people.

Absolutely unbelievably good service.

Great products, great prices, and fast efficient shipping. What else do you need!!!!
