I bought a 3-month subscription for my son-in-law’s birthday. He was so excited to have interesting, new options for snacking. It was a big hit!! Great customer service, too. I highly recommend Urth Box.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. WILL NOT REFUND OR LET ME RETURN AN ORDER I DID NOT WANT. I ASKED TO CANCEL AFTER MY FIRST BOX AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME FOR THE OTHER 2 I ORDERED THAT I NO LONGER WANT. SUPPORT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY SILENT.

I was super excited to begin receiving Urthboxes but the first delivery was enough for me to cancel.

Two of the items are expired; one being a coffee creamer whose package has swollen to the point of rupturing.

Other items in the box are anywhere from 3-26 days away from expiration. It's almost as if this company buys nearly expired goods wholesale, then profits on selling "goodie boxes". Not worth the headache or possible food poisoning.

This was a gift and the recipient was very happy with the Urthbox. My only concern involved shipping but was resolved without a problem.

The worst customer service. I have tried to change my delivery address for months and they just keep sending to the old address. Literally five months of a paid subscription that has gone to an old address. They can’t even figure out how to just cancel it. So frustrating.

It has been extremely difficult to cancel my subscription. I signed up for one of these as a gift for someone else and received incessant marketing emails. As such, the emails ended up going to spam, including the one saying they were auto renewing the subscription. I reached out to customer support asking to cancel my subscription. I was sent multiple screenshots of their language everyone clicks through to send a Christmas gift that states I agree to auto renew (infuriating). They stated then I can only cancel a partial amount since I had agreed and they already shipped the box (which is not a great box in the first place and the recipient of the gift was never impressed). Lo and behold another month rolls by, and since I did not twice confirm I wanted to cancel my subscription (which is odd since the initial email was me asking to cancel my subscription), they send another box, and say I cannot be refunded that amount. I asked in the second round of emailing for a way to leave a review for UrthBox to no avail.

Poor experience all around, I would caution against dealing with this company as they use several unsavory business tactics and disregard for the customer when it comes time to part ways.

I ordered the first box special in July 9th received the box in July 21 when I got it everything was literally cramed into a small box and everything was melted together I contacted then they said if I ordered another 56 dollar box I would get a few extra items that's not what I paid for they would not send me a replacement when I sent pics of contents I was told I would get 5 dollars back DO NOT ORDER from here they are a scam

We love our boxes and look forward to them every month. Only regret is that even the Large is too less for us. Cant spend more!

My son is the main reason why we love this brand because I always look for gluten free and healthy foods that is also affordable.

I have no idea why people here are calling this a scam! I havent had better customer service epxerience and very personable. I ordered this as a gift for my friend after her sugery and I called them right after to cancel and they did that right away, no salesy ifs and buts. Just wished her a speedy recovery. For all those saying its a scam because they charge you again. PLEASE READ WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. They clearly say that on the website. What part of SUBSCRIPTION do you not understand? Its says AUTO RENEWS periodically. I mean if you dont care to read dont blame others for your ignorance at least. Oh and by the way she went absolutely gaga with her Protein box. Highly reccomend as a gift too.

I am vegan and I finally get to try all new varities without spending hours reading lables. Pretty unique stuff.

Delicious treats filled with high protein content, balanced carbohydrates, no added sugar, and supplemented with nutrients. My body says thank you.

Beware of this company at all costs!! They are very deceptive at how they renew your box delivery. I gave the box delivery as a gift and they charged me again 6 months later for a GIFT!! Any other subscription sends out emails well in advance notifying you of an upcoming renewal billing charge, but not this company. They as shady as can be and the online reviews at BBB and Pissed Consumer tell you all you need to know!

The box was great and came with so many great items! I only wish there was a slightly more customized option. I am non celiac gluten intolerant but I'm also allergic to coconuts. Several of my items, although gluten free, contained coconut, so I had to give those items away. Not a big problem, I still loved the box! There was plenty that I was able to eat and enjoy myself and everyone I gave the coconut stuff to was really happy!

I chose a good me time only order, they shipped it late even though they were supposed to send it on the 1st, not the 15th so it was late for Mother’s Day. Then they are currently charging my card for a second shipment even though I chose the one time only option at checkout. Also on their website they claim 4.5 stars on Trustpilot… they have 4 stars obviously and don’t deserve that many in my opinion.

Also customer service is laughable. They charged my card on a Saturday, I immediately emailed to cancel but it’s the weekend. They get back to me TUESDAY and merely send screenshots of other people’s orders and of the website subscription when it’s literally still an option to have a one time shipment.

I ordered a trial box of snacks from Urthbox when they were running a promotion. As far as I knew, I was paying for shipping one time & that was it. I received my box and wasn’t impressed. Fast forward a month, I get an alert from my cred card that I’ve been charged $59.99 by Urthbox! I immediately try calling their customer service number. It rings repeatedly & goes to a voicemail. I create an account & try navigating their nightmarish website. I log in & there’s no way to cancel but the order says “unfulfilled”. I try calling them again, no answer. I send a few emails instructing them to stop payment- I don’t want their junk. No response. Today, someone calls me back. The person was incredibly rude on the phone & told me that there was nothing they could do. I informed the woman that the website states new orders would be filled/shipped on the 1st, 3 days away. The lady says that the box has been packed & that they’re not going to look through “all the boxes” to remove mine: I tell her that it’s not possible to cancel this ridiculous subscription that they auto-enroll you in. I tried both on my cell phone as well as my laptop. I screen recorded so the representative could see what I saw.

I would avoid this website at all costs. It’s not worth the headache nor the money they’ll steal from you.

I’ll dispute this with my credit card company. Please learn from my mistake!

Box never arrived. Customer service email doesn't reply. Maybe its a scam. Beware.

This month’s box was the best so far! I loved the Cassava chips, but my favorite was the tomato and basil red lentil snacks! It is very exciting to receive a box of snacks that are all safe for me to eat. My allergies limit my choices, but Urthbox has given me fun surprises.

Great protein box such a fun selection of different healthy snacks I was seriously impressed. I did have a small issue with my delivery but I reached out to customer service and they were friendly and fixed it very quickly. Very satisfied will order again
