Very professional staff. Explained the process well. Handled my questions well. Clean office.

This was to be my second appointment (the first being October 2nd, 2026). However, at the first appointment I waited for an hour and 40 minutes with no communication from the staff. Finally went out and was able to track down an ultrasound technician. She was sorry about my wait and went to check on it. But, she came back to tell me I was next and it would be 30 more minutes. I got dressed and left. Contacted their headquarters in Northbrook, IL and spoke with Jose Reyes. He was very sorry, too, and committed it wouldn't happen again. He acted like he really wanted to keep my business. So, I went to my appointment this morning, 10/16/26, thinking it would be a slam dunk. First of all, I walked in and the entire waiting room was full (bad sign). Then I waited as each one of those people were taken back until I was the only one left. After 40 minutes, I went to the front desk and let them know I was leaving. They didn't seem to care! Sent emails as 'reply to all' with no response from them either (USA Clinics Group Patient Care, Christian Molina Reyes, Laura Kehe and Marina Acosta). Like I said, absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from any of them. Their value system of 'ICARE' is a complete joke. ALL lip service. Seriously, if I could give them negative stars I would certainly do so. Wasted my time and gas to drive there, wait and then drive home. They could care less. Ha! The Integrity of ICARE is to treat their patients with integrity and respect. The Compassion of ICARE is 'treat our patients as we want to be treated'. THAT is what I have told them. I live by the Golden Rule and expect the same in return. Worse part of it is, my foot is killing me now and I have to start over with someone else. Like many of the other reviews, run the other way from the location at 9501 N Oak Trafficway in Kansas City, MO. Highly incompetent! I really was going to wait to post this. However, not a single person responded.

The appointment schedule is always on point, the Doctor visits are always knowledgeable and the X-rays are so enjoyable couldn’t ask for a better Doctor

I had an amazing experience at USA Vein. I recently had my spider veins treated, and the results are beautiful. Dr. Morris, Terry, Astrid, and the entire team were truly wonderful — kind, skilled, and attentive from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout the whole process. I’m so grateful for their expertise and the way they treat their patients. Highly recommend USA Vein!

I liked the ease of getting an appointment. The early morning times are great. Before rush hour and enough time to do other things the rest of the day. I didn’t like the office receptionists-she’s rude and not very customer oriented. I felt like I was bothering her. The thing that is most upsetting is that during my procedure a patient came into the procedure room and had a quick chat with the doctor. WHO DOES THAT? Why wasn’t my door shut? I was upset and told him so. I was face down with a catheter in my leg!!! If it wasn’t for my insurance coverage (100%)?minus the office copay each time, I’d probably consider another option. Kinda felt like a fast food restaurant. The doctor was pleasant just not forthcoming with information. I had to ask a lot of questions and he did answer them.

Dr. Lisa is so sweet. She makes you feel comfortable, and she explains the procedure all the way through. I highly recommend USA Vein clinics

Dr Ghada Al-Mubarak, MD was wonderful! She is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. I had many questions and concerns and Dr. Al-Mubarak was very patient. Not only in explaining the problem and the treatment options, but also answering every question and concern. I would highly recommend her to anyone with vein problems!

I was seen at the Fairfax, VA location. It was very easy to make an appointment! The front office staff were very efficient and friendly. I was seen quickly at my appointment time. The check in process for me as a new patient was very quick, easy and efficient. The office, patient room, and ultrasound room were all very clean. The nursing staff was very friendly and efficient. The ultrasound technician was very friendly, professional, explained everything before starting, and was very knowledgeable. Everything was great!

The staff are wonderful. They are all so welcoming . The Dr came out to greet me at the reception desk and introduce himself before my visit. A1 customer service.
