One of the worst experiences is when your contract ends and you're moved to the bench. You’re given a 3-month period, but if you don’t get even a single interview during that time, they still forcefully release you. The HR might call, and even if you tell them you haven’t been scheduled for any interviews, they won’t care. If you don't resign yourself, they’ll send an email to your manager and copy you, claiming that you’re on the bench but not responding to calls or messages

There is absolutely nothing positive to say about my experience at UST. They present themselves as a stable company with exciting projects, but in reality, they operate like a typical staffing agency. They hire aggressively, make big promises, and then fire people when a project falls through or the client changes direction.

The worst part is the false hope, they act like they have solid projects lined up, but many times, let go entirely. It’s a game of numbers for them, not people. There’s no real employee care, no transparency, and no accountability for the chaos they cause in people’s careers.

This company plays with people’s lives and treats employees like disposable resources.

Advice to Management:
Stop pretending to be a tech company. Be honest that you’re a staffing agency. If you want to earn any respect, start treating people like professionals, not headcount.

Excellent organisation to work for which is genuinely interested in the employee wellbeing. Fantastic place to work.

Experiences are a perspectives and personal to an individual. Mine was bad doesn’t mean everyone might have bad experience.

I was employed by UST Global in UK and I can’t agree with the other comments here. They don’t care for employees, you’re just a number in their pricing sheet. They try to squeeze every bit out of you and HR is ‘non-existant’ although there are HR people who work for them in a london.

They preach their values as humanity, humility, and integrity: I have rarely experienced humanity or humility but mostly encountered HR and managers who are really self centered and trying to just meet their goals which could mean causing you trouble.

I wish they cared about employees, wish they formulated policies to help employees and their families who relocate to UK from India, wish they respect and appreciate employees who work at client sites for them.

I’m not really bothered as my expectations for UST is so low and I don’t see that changing. They spent a fortune treating clients well maybe they should spent a fraction of that for welfare of employees, help them settle down in foreign country.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work for UST unless you got no other options.

This is one of the best company in India.
