Hi Dr. Mohsen,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience, but we would like to address some important points:
1. Documentation Requirement: You did not receive your number plate due to the fact you did not send the requested documentation we legally must view prior to producing any number plates. Our website clearly states in multiple places that we require documentation for number plate orders, and this is not hidden information. We encourage all customers to carefully review these requirements to avoid any delays or misunderstandings.
2. Illegal Number Plates: We do not produce illegal number plates, and we are transparent about this policy on our website. With this in mind, you placed an order for illegally spaced number plates and expected us to break the law for you. We adhere strictly to legal standards, and our refusal to produce plates that do not comply with these standards is in line with our commitment to quality and legality.
3. Cancellation Fee: The £5 charge you mentioned is a standard cancellation fee outlined in our terms of service. This fee covers the costs we incur from our payment processor when an order is canceled. We are transparent about this policy to ensure customers are fully informed, including stating it on the number plate builder page.
4. Customer Conduct: We strive to treat all our customers with respect, and we expect the same in return. Our staff reported that the interaction was difficult due to being repeatedly talked over, which is not conducive to resolving issues effectively.
Additionally, leaving multiple reviews under different accounts is a breach of Trustpilot rules and does not help in providing a fair and accurate representation of your experience.
We hope this clarifies the situation and encourages a more considerate approach in the future. If you have any further concerns or need assistance, please feel free to reach out in a respectful manner.

Calipers painted and grilles fitted
I had my calipers painted and they look really clean and tidy. The job was done quicker than expected and to a good Finnish.
I also had new grilles in the car as I had seen an the website they fit grilles so I enquired about fitting them and it was done at the same time as the calipers.
Overall very happy with the work done and the time it was quicker than expected.

Utopia Plates private registration.
Arranged the purchase of a private registration and plates for my Corsa Vxr from Utopia Plates.
The certificate of registration, any communication with the DVLA and the transfer of the new registration to my vehicle was all dealt with on my behalf in little over a week.
All I really had to do was put the actual plates on my car, which I have to say look amazing.
All in all Utopia Plates delivered superb service and a completely hassle free process.
I would highly recommend.

Really good high quality private number plates. The process was very easy from choosing the plates I wanted, sending over my documents to receiving them in quick response. Even after purchasing I received a 10% discount, cheekily asking if this could be applied after they did and refunded the balance to my account.
