Absolute DREAM Costa Rica vacation! Jack Graycar did an amazing job setting everything up for us. We had a blast on every excursion we scheduled. All drivers were on time picking us up and dropping us off. Every vehicle we rode in was very nice, the drivers were very professional and spoke great English. The places we stayed were amazing and the service was top notch. Highly recommend this company!!! Ask for Jack!

Megan Hagarty planned a well-thought-out and perfect vacation for us. We had breathtaking views of the Arenal Volcano from our hotel, plenty of activities around it, and ample time to relax in the hotel's hot springs. She took into consideration our 4-year-old and made the vacation to a new country seamless. Everything was already arranged for us, and our ride always showed up on time. Our guides were knowledgeable and passionate, and we were able to appreciate the rainforest and wildlife better.

Jack was amazing to deal with. We had a great time on our vacation and have recommended it to everyone.

I traveled to Costa Rica with my Granddaughter. Our trip advisor with Costa Rican Vacations is Jack Graycar. He is phenomenal. One of the best travel advisors I have worked with. We are more adventurous and like different activities. Jack listened to our interests and responded promptly to any communications. Waterfall repelling was the highlight. The companies that work with Costa Rican Vacations are knowledgeable, timely and friendly.

We usually plan all of our own vacations, but there’s no way we could have come close to creating a trip as incredible as this one without Eric Beedle. He took the time to truly listen to every request and concern, and seamlessly connected us with Namu Travel Group, whose customer service was exceptional from start to finish.

Their team was attentive, organized, and made the entire experience feel effortless—I never once had to deal with the typical travel hiccups. Every hotel and restaurant exceeded our expectations, with staff who consistently delivered such a high standard of service that I genuinely wasn’t ready to leave Costa Rica.

Each activity was well-coordinated, and every driver we encountered was professional, punctual, and pleasant. It all came together to create a smooth, memorable, and truly special experience.

We’re already looking forward to exploring more of beautiful Costa Rica in the future—and we’ll absolutely be booking with Costa Rica Vacations again.

Our group of six just returned from an amazing vacation in lovely Costa Rica. La Fortuna, Monteverdi, Manuel Antonio were each unique and offered lovely natural wonders and friendly people. Our travel consultant, Megan Hagarty, was the best. She suggested a variety of activities and restaurants, gave us a ton of tips on dos and donts - all extremely helpful. The boutique resorts were over the top and we felt totally immersed in the culture because of our lodging. Megan answered my 100 questions over our ten months of planning and was SO pleasant to work with. Bravo to her! A trip of a lifetime!!

Overall, it was a pleasure working with Jennifer and her company. She executed every detail to our specifics and went above and beyond to customize it to our liking. Transportation was amazing and even with long commutes they made it easy by providing us with plenty of bathroom breaks and food breaks and picture stops along the way. All our drivers were amazing and super friendly and filled with plenty of knowledge about Costa Rica. We had a small issue at check in with one of the hotels which I believe may have been more fault of the hotel than anything else but it did eat at some of our time after a long drive to our destination. Overall, I would go back and definitely use this same company and rate it highly as everything was executed well.

Thank you to our travel agent Gregory for organizing such a wonderful itinerary for our trip. Everything was thoughtfully planned, and we truly had a fabulous experience. We were pleased with everything: the scenery , the people, the tours, the accommodations, the food and we lucked out with great weather as well! We’re VERY happy with how everything came together, and we really appreciate all the effort and care you put into making it so enjoyable for us. I found this group online and decided to give it a go after reading the reviews, and I am so glad we did!
Literally everything was planned and booked to a T - all tour guides and driver's spoke English, were friendly, made us feel safe, and were timely. The accommodations were perfect, the planner made dining suggestions, the activities were spot on.
We would definitely use this group again and HIGHLY recommend them. Fabulous vacation!

This is our first travel outside Canda with my boyfriend and we had an amazing experience. Perfect for our first anniversary celebration.
Jack Graycar was absolutely a big help offering us a lot of options to choose and our stay at Wyndham Tamarindo Hotel, Guanacaste, Costa Rica was a perfect choice. The hotel was really nice, the view of the beach from our balcony was picturesque. We were able to tour the town having the free shuttle of the hotel every hour and the walk to the beaches, talk to the locals, and ate at nice local restaurants and bars. The sunset every day for 5days was so beautiful and romantic. The transfers from airport and to the hotel was on time and the driver was friendly and gives us a lot of information too about Tamarindo and Costa Rica. They knew a bit of English which is good. Everything was perfect. Thank you, Jack.

We were planning a trip with a friend for her 'bucket list' after a difficult diagnosis. So, we reached out to Eric Beedle for assistance with planning to ensure the travel went smoothly. From the frequent communication to the always-on-time transportation to the greater-than-we-expected hotels to the warmth of the Costa Rican people, this trip was magnificent. Pura Vida!

I had a fantastic experience working with Costa Rica Vacations to plan my 40th birthday trip. My travel consultant, Jordan Gill, was great to work with from start to finish. She helped plan an incredible trip to the La Fortuna and Manuel Antonio areas of Costa Rica for a group of 10 people, which can’t be easy to coordinate, but everything went very smoothly.
The accommodations and transportation arranged by the agency were wonderful, and the entire itinerary felt well thought out and organized. One thing we really appreciated was that the company was available 24/7 during our trip if we needed anything, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.
The excursions they coordinated were perfect for our group. We went zip lining, did a beautiful waterfall hike, visited Manuel Antonio National Park, and took a great boat trip. They also suggested a private chef for one evening, which ended up being one of the highlights of the trip—absolutely outstanding. Every company they booked us with for excursions was professional and provided a great experience.
For a trip of this size, the value for the cost felt very reasonable. Overall, it was an amazing birthday trip and a wonderful experience for everyone in our group. I would highly recommend using Costa Rica Vacations for anyone planning a trip to Costa Rica.

Alice Palma did a great job booking us at Casa Luna. It was beautiful. We booked a sloth tour with the hotel and it was amazing! Saw 8 of them!!! Also saw a tucan and many other amazing birds and rain forest plants and flowers.

My daughter and I planned her spring 2026 break with Jennifer Floyd with Costa Rican Vacations and we could not have had a better travel consultant on our side. With lots of questions and a fairly busy itinerary Jennifer was extremely helpful responding in a very timely manner.
