Soopl Rail - Excellent product and service.

We have been looking for a way to display our movie poster collection, and luckily found the Valentino Displays website. We purchased a horizontal movie poster browser, and the product is just what we were hoping for. The browser is sturdy, well built, and makes leafing through our poster collection very easy. First class service and excellent product highly recommended

I recently bought a female ghost mannequin from Valentino’s Displays and couldn’t be happier. Antonio was fantastic — really helpful in guiding me toward the right one for displaying a fairly heavy original movie costume, and his advice was spot-on. The fit and finish are excellent, and it’s clearly a high-quality piece. Great product, great service — highly recommended!

Wow....I spent a great deal of time going back and forth with Antonio...asking this measurement and that...he was so so accommodating and after 4/5 conversations placed my order and my display arrived in good time and well packed.

Fast shipping, quality product, great communication.

The two lads who were serving were attentive and friendly. The food was outstanding, some of the best we've had in a long time when dining out. It made for a great night out and a lovely celebration.

On the plus side - I was notified early that they could not fulfill my order and the refund was processed immediately.
On the negative side they are still advertising the items I ordered as in stock on 16/02 even though they told me ,rather bluntly, that the hangers were not suitable for sale so were out of stock and would not be back in stock - ever.

I suspect that they just did not want to sent to Scotland as a lot of English Companies have the opinion that Great Britain and United Kingdom are just alternative names for England.

I have found another Company selling the Hangers I need and interestingly the postage charge is 4 times what Valentino's was charging.

P.S Royal Mail postage costs are the same for all 4 countries in the United Kingdom !!!.

Arrived this morning, well packaged. Extremely well made and perfect for my purposes. Will definitely be buying more. Excellent customer service. Well deserved five stars.

I imagine that the principal client base of Valentino's is shops and other traders, but as a private consumer I felt I was given a first-class service. The products were just what I wanted, very good quality and designed to make the best use of space; and the service was excellent, the goods were despatched very quickly, and I received a text message to let me know they were on the way, but I was not deluged with unnecessary additional messages (especially not one to tell me I had received them!). Perfect service.

Communication could not have been better. Great care was taken to make sure all particulars were as required. Shipping to New Zealand was arranged and all arrived beautifully packaged. The product is EXCELLENT. We are delighted
