I don't know if i was scammed or if they have gone into administration but I paid over £2500 for bifold doors in December and they have never arrived. No communication, the website no longer exists, emails bounce back and phone rings off. Absolutely crushed. Do not trust Value Doors or the Home Service Group!

Brought a new doors back in march 2025
All help that was given from sale to finished figment was great fitter was a great guy and workmanship I was very impressed by I’m very particular
Lovely door but then started dropping so I called them and and arranged for engineer to come and sort few issues out December
Took the day off of work fitter didnt arrive at time state so I called they said they would get someone to me asap been escalated to high priority
No show 4 calls and nothing promised a call back nothing I lost a days money ( great hit before Christmas thank you)
So I emailed them and email bounced back then following day I called to find out that number no longer exists

So if done some resource company has gone into liquidation

So not impressed so now I have a front door I spent a lot of money on that rubs and doesn’t fit properly
Why shoul I have to sort it or pay someone else to absolutely disgusted

Avoid this company. Our composite door is only a year old never fitted properly from day 1. Crap service crap company. The reason they are cheap it because they offer a poor service poor quality products and badly fitted. Save up and get a decent company to do the job properly and professionally. With fitting it cost us over £2000 to have a a poor quality door badly fitted

I personally found this company great to deal with. I initially went on line which was a very easy process to choose a new front door. The company gave me a follow up call the following day to discuss the quote given, which finally came out cheaper. Their communication was excellent and helpful and I did not feel at all under pressure at any time to commit to an order there and then. They also explained very clearly the process involved. I found them very professional and friendly. The time scale was amazing being fitted just before Christmas and Rob who carried out the initial survey and his fitters were also excellent to deal with. From start to finish it was smooth. I love my new front door and I believe it was great value for money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, OUR FRONT DOOR WILL NOT LOCK AND WE HAVE BEEN PHONING THE COMPANY TO BE TOLD OUR CALL HAS BEEN ESCULATED FOR OVER A WEEK NOW. SUPPOSE TO HAVE A TEN YEAR GUARANTEE AND WE ONLY GOT THE DOOR IN MARCH 2025. NOT GOOD

Warranty is a total scam. I've ordered front and back composite doors from them in February 2025. In Nov the lock on the front door broke due to manufacturing defect. Tried to contact the company for 3 days by phone, email, WhatsApp, request form. No luck at all. They just take my details over and over again and promise that someone else will contact me. Called them once again and the reception lady advised that company went into administration and they do not hold any responsibilities for orders placed prior to Sep 24,2025.
Total scam.

UPDATE Dec 2: As expected, the company contacted me to confirm they took over the website in September and do not hold responsibility for prior purchases, and requested to delete my feedback.

This is a popular scam to bankrupt one entity and register a new one to avoid any claims. They kept all old info on the website, no any info about the change of owner, no any email notice to current customers with warranty cancellations message. They just want to capitalize on good feedbacks but will not fix any faults.
Moreover, the WhatsApp chat continued to provide advise to contact the local Locksmith to fix the issue and provide the receipt for reimbursement.

Ordered door online and fitter came to measure up (Took 5 mins). Was told the door I had chosen would not fit so would have to choose alternative which I did not really want so asked for deposit back which they would not return as a fitted had spent 5 mins measuring my door. Therefore alternative ordered and door in frame was delivered several days before fitting so had to just stand outside!! Once fitted there has been a constant draught coming through especially where the locks pass the frame. They have come out to try to rectify the problem so many times it is beyond a joke. A different fitter came 1 day and left the keys outside and locked himself in - had to take the lounge window out to get back outside to open the door! I have tried contacting this week but no response! Please contact me to finally rectify this problem. Wish I had kept my UPVC door on!!

great company to deal with directly helped me with every step of the purchase. made sure the handle, letterbox etc complimented the door. made sure the surround matched the door colour. quick manufacturing and deliver.

I have a problem with a door they fitted. Can I get hold of anyone..no! Poor quality fitting to have wind whistling through the gaps!

Had an issus with an external door,Deccy came out instantly and fixed it for me along with a couple of other issues he noticed! Excellent service,lovely manner and very good service!

Top service! Ordering process was as as easy as it could be really, by far the easiest on our renovation to date. Fitters were great lads and tidied up properly (which seems unusual for most trades these days)
