I was a loyal member for decades and then they had these promotions and you paid to earn via in game purchases etc which was working. Then after I had bought various in game items and spend real money to earn points, I was redeeming lots of gift cards and was quite surprised. Then out of no where they cancelled my account and I was unable to redeem the rest like over a greenback worth of gift card loost from purchases....So yeah they kinda suck like bad and I lost money from them. 👎

Once I wrote about the insidious 50c surveys I was constantly screened out well i have to say I am very satisfied with how Valued Opinions operates today ok I still get screened out but nowhere as often recently the put in place a system where if you were screened out you could pick a box and maybe win points I would still like to see them adopt Prime Opinions system to deal with surveys that end in error in various ways thru a live person's who deal with it I have changed my opinion because Valued Opinions have made an effort to make it a fun way of doing surveys so I want express my thanks to them for making it worth while doing surveys again

Interesting surveys. Would like Coles Vouchers to be for $50 so that I do not hold up others at checkout while I redeem my $20 vouchers! Overall a good site. Always keen to help if there is a problem.

Super easy to earn money and to redeem for gift cards. It's been very helpful to combat the rising cost of living.

Ive been a member for a few years,and completed and redeemed many times,last year,i moved to a rural town,the survey invites dropped off,i sought them out,updated my details,and set to surveys,i screened out often ,maybe my rural address,maybe the fact i dont follow or watch sport,single,aged i dont know,but finally managed to gain a $20redemption.i immediately tried for a coles card,my income isnt covering my food needs .i didnt want cash. 4 days of verify,4 days of locked out,4 days of no reply from agent.
Finally after sending Id ,selfies,ip address and constant tickets,to b told im not allowed and blocked my account. No redemption,no points nothing returned to me,agent replied,and erred on the side of nasty,saying i didnt meet criteria. Im blocked. So the clients of this marketing team are not getting true surveys for their tallys. If im blocked then all my surveys should be null and void,.

The website crashes often and I never know from one instance to the next if I’ll be able to log in. I persevere because even though the rewards are, in honesty, not commensurate to time spent doing the surveys, everything counts towards minimising my grocery bills. We all have to eat….I am a pensioner and any help counts. I am grateful!

this is a great survey site as it has a good number of surveys available, make it easy to earn credits and payout rewards very quickly

I'd been using Valued Opinions since around 2012 to make a little extra cash on the side. Out of nowhere, I couldn't log in. I contacted the support team and was informed that I'd violated their terms of service and my account was suspended. No explanation, no warning, no chance to explain myself, nothing. I still have no idea what I did that apparently violated the ToS. Had to request several times to get the payout of my final balance, which was over $50, then for my account data to be deleted I had to threaten a complaint to the OIAC. Terrible experience after ~12 years with no issues.

This is the most frustrating (& probably dishonest) survey site I’ve been involved with. Too many technical errors, too many mysterious surveys ended after 70-80% completions, rewards not given, sometimes only 2c for 20-30 minutes input… a ripoff. Don’t use it!

Completed surveys and found the experience fine in my downtime. When redeeming a reward, my ID verification failed. Though I wasn't able to confirm why this was the case. They suspended my account permanently, I sent an email asking if I could attempt this again and never received a response. If we were able to complete verification before we complete surveys this would avoid future persons putting in time and receiving nothing.

I used valued opinions when I lived in New Zealand and had a great experience.

So far so good with Valued Opinions. I've completed approximately 7 surveys and applied for my first $20 reward. I've only had one survey crash on me which I did not report. It's a great way to give your opinion and Valued opinions is a site that I trust.

To know that I am protected and im not a fraud. Now days we need internet protection alot more.

Some surveys take longer than stated, and the gift cards are in small denominations. With some stores putting limits on the number of cards redeemed at the time of purchase you are restricted to small items. This is a big deterrent when compared to other survey platforms.

Interesting topics, nice to be able to give your opinion on things. Even better getting rewarded for it

Out of all the survey platforms I've tried, Valued Opinions stands out as the smoothest and most efficient experience. Survey rejections and exclusions are minimal, earnings are consistent, and the surveys themselves stay fresh without becoming too repetitive. Highly recommend!
