Hi, I am a total newbie in vaping but really want to give up smoking. So I've decided to contact Vapeape for some guidence and they did not disappoint. Milan was so helpful in every way: recommendations, explanations, links for products, voicemails, etc. Every response were fast, helpful and included personalized recommendations. Truly 5 star customer service.

Ordered from vapeape.ie for the first time on Saturday afternoon and had my order by Monday morning. Great service, incredibly fast delivery. Milan is knowledgeable and helpful. Unbelievably quick; 1 working hour from Tuesday at 4:30 to Wednesday at 9:30.

Brilliant Customer service, I though two batteries came together (they don't) and instead of just sending me what I ordered and not caring he rang me to confirm since I needed two for the mod. I placed the order late Sunday evening so I wasn't expecting it till mid week at least but it arrived the next day. Would recommend

I had to come and leave a review. I was blown away with how quickly I received the order! Placed the order at 5pm yesterday and it was waiting at my front door when I returned from the school run at 3pm today. Impressed would be an understatement. I haven't opened the actual product as its a Father's day present but it was well wrapped and the handwritten "thank you" is always a simple and effective touch to remind you that small businesses need your support. I will definetly be recommending you guys!!

I accidentally placed the order twice and received a call from VapeApe within minutes to check if that was in error. The duplicate order was refunded and the package arrived with DPD 20 hours later. Extremely impressed with the service! The website itself is well laid out and easy to use, great selection of products. I will definitely be back.

Excellent service. Clearly marked on e-liquids that nicotine shots are included unlike some other vape websites. Free next day shipping with DPD courier on my order. I have a vape store next to my residence and it takes them 3-4 days to get a delivery to me! So Vapeape did fantastic here with DPD. Website is well laid out and easy to navigate. Prices are very good. Nothing but praise, keep up the great work guys!
