Vape King Reviews 

i began to buy a certain flavour of vape online, and they increased the price by 4 euros. ok i said, they are still apparently 1 euro cheaper than other stores, but then they increased the price again, so they were not cheaper. they also are rood in emails and neglect to answer emails. i asked them about placing a bulk order and they never got back to me, instead they chose to take the piss by sending me different items to the ones i ordered which i could not use. They were also rood when i asked for a refund. Summary, they are overpriced (shop around there are much cheaper stores online). They are rood. They are incompetent, they post you the wrong items in a cynical attempt to get you to use these cheaper items and then pocket the difference as what they sent didnt cost as much as what i bought. I changed my mind about using this terrible store and wont place any bulk order with them, they ruined that themselves and lost a customer.

Ordered and paid for. Have received nothing and no reply from emailing them. 2 weeks so far

...I baught a smok vape at vape king South Coast Mall, there was no problem UNTILL my vape started burning my coils without any logical reason. It simply did its own thing. At the time this happened we were on level 3 Lockdown and there were looting taking place on the south coast and malls were closed.Emediatley after the looting,and when malls reopened, I went to the South coast mall vapeking.co.za branch, and showed them what was going on with the vape, Marcel tried to fix it, and gave it back to me, but it was even worse. And the vape Smok didn't want to switch off after he worked on it in the back office. The vape melfunction just got worse.Marcell told me that he can send it in for repairs, if I braught it its box, but he collected it from me in Margate at vans roadhouse. Then the wait started. I had to contact vape king to find out what is happening with my vape, and I was told that I must buy a nother vape, they can't fix it, because it's a pc board melfunction, and it's to delicate for them to fix it. And he told me that my Warenty has expired with 22 days, about the about of days the malls were closed with militiry support because of the looting. I don't like the unprofessional business etiquette of vapeking.co.za, they seem stingy and there products are very expensive. And vape kings after sales service is abselutly unprofessional. They simply egnore there clients, still having the vape I paid for, in there possession, and I've sent a email to head office, no reply, no phone call wat so ever. I strongly advise people to think twice before doing business with VapeKing.Ive also heard from other people that they had simelar experiences with "VapeKing". I think this is damaging the brands they sell, giving Smok a bad name, and the other brands VapeKing sells. I'm very unhappy with vape king-
