Dear Vedantu Team,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your platform. I enrolled for your course with the expectation of professional and reliable service, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite.

Firstly, I was placed in the wrong class group, despite clearly mentioning my requirements at the time of registration. This was followed by an incorrect batch allocation, which further disrupted the learning process. I immediately brought this to your attention, expecting a quick resolution.

However, even after repeated follow-ups over the past one week, there has been no appropriate action or refund initiated from your end. This kind of negligence and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing and frankly, unacceptable from a reputed educational platform.

It feels like I’ve been misled and cheated, as I paid in good faith and have received neither the promised service nor a timely refund.

I urge you to process my full refund immediately and ensure this issue is resolved without any further delay. If I do not receive a satisfactory response till now

My child has enrolled in super speaker's course under the able guidance of Asia Zaki mam . She is so wonderful and make my child so comfortable and boost her confidence making her speak.Due to Asia teacher my child has won story writing competition amongst 600contestants and wherever speech and debate comes my child feel so confident and deliver her speech very well .I am thankful and greatful to Asia teacher for making my child so confident and thank you team vedantu.

Very satisfied with Vedantu classes. My child is enrolled in Super speakers under guidance of Asiya Zaki Ma'am. She is very affable and makes each class interesting. I see considerable change in my child in his speaking capabilities. Am very happy with the progress of Vedantu.

No proper resolution and worst support care personnel, whole operation team are bunch of unskilled, misinterpreting and clueless staff could not handle. They will make you go round and round instead of resolving the issue.

Excellent teacher teaches very nice way. It makes my child to learn and explore new ideas every day.. Thank you Pinal Shah mam.

I really appreciate Sheetal ma’am for all the efforts you have put in improving my child’s speaking skills. Aadhya is enjoying the classes and we could see the change in her in a good way.

I have noticed that this is an excellent platforms , to teach and pursue a career .

I am very disappointed with the team's unprofessional behavior. I connected to enquire about a course (will prefer not to mention the name of the course) and was not very satisfied with the curriculum which is fine. But the team kept calling me to sell the course despite of requesting them not to. Please Vedantu respect the customer and their request.

Extremely unprofessional company who hack your number and keeps on calling you , their sales staff is uneducated and threaten you to take their 1:1 classess

My son's name is kisshen karthik joined in super speakers program, the best part in kanchan teacher was, she understood kids mood, and teaching concepts in a way he enjoys more.
