I've ordered a couple of times before with no problem but with my last order I was sent an incorrect item - a bar of soap. They told me they would replace it if I sent the soap back, but didn't offer to pay for postage and have ignored mu follow up emails asking about this. The postage cost more than the soap itself. If it had been an expensive item I'd have given one star.

Really awful customer service. My partner ordered a gift for a friend's party and received a shipping notification advising next day delivery, but it didn't turn up, and still hasn't turned up 6 days later. Not responding to emails or Instagram messages. Will now have no alternative but to request a charge back with my credit card company.

Great variety of vegan products also catering for those with allergies. Always a speedy delivery and fab customer service. Jade especially, always answers any questions I have.

I’m very disappointed. They made me pay 90 pound to their bank since otherwise they were not allowed to send anything coz of corona restrictions. I got no tracking id & no answer on my emails. After finding their Instagram & writing there someone named “Lisa” answered & apologised. But still no products & it’s now 3 months ago. They also stopped answering again.
Do not buy from this company.

Really impressed. Ordered on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday. I also made an error on the shipping address, but Michelle emailed me and corrected this right away. Great customer service.

Great product range but terrible customer service. They incorrectly list products as available on the website and charge you postage and when that product turns out to be unavailable they don't offer a replacement or reimburse the postage if they sent even some of your order, so if you want to replace what you didn't get you have to pay £5 for postage again.

I'm in COVID-19 'lockdown' here. Veganstore despatched my items within 26 hours (and my items arrived within four days, including the Good Friday bank holiday), though i did not receive a despatch notification as such, nor the tracking information from Royal Mail as promised. I'm giving Veganstore the benefit of the doubt on that for the purposes of this review. However, the tape and cushioning in the packaging were, in my opinion unnecessarily, made of difficult to recycle plastic. I don't see the need to 'protect' chocolate bars with plastic bubbles given that books are protected quite adequately with a wrap of cardboard, and the tape can be paper based. If there were a greater risk of damaging the bars during delivery without the plastic bubbles Veganstore could ask customers in the checkout process if they are happy to take that risk.

Wish I'd found these guys sooner!

They have a good range of food (especially great for hard to find vegan treats!), competitive prices, quick delivery and as a big bonus none of my orders have come with much excess packaging. The only thing I would say is it'd be nice if there was an option to opt for paper instead of bubblewrap at checkout (I liked that my 1st order was sent in a recycled stock box though).

Every time I've ordered from here I've been sent extra complimentary items which is a really nice touch. Thanks :)

Good, efficient service. I like the range of products, a mixture of cheaper and more expensive goods. Items always come on time and are packaged well.

To improve, the website needs to be updated and the social media pages should be active i.e. Facebook. Also the delivery charge is very off putting, far too high!

I hate having to give a low rating but I’m afraid I have to. I ordered a bunch of stuff on the Friday only to be told the following Wednesday that 2 if the items were out of stock! Pretty useless to find that out almost 5 days later!! Ended up cancelling my order as it all would have arrived to late anyway - was for a birthday.

They send their stuff from England to Denmark and after only 5-6 days you have your goods. De sender varerne fra England og efter kun 5-6 dage er varen hos dig i Danmark.
