Nos dejan colgados 1 hora antes de entregar el coche cuando llevaba meses reservado. No dieron ni alternativas.

VEGER RENT A CAR is a fraud, after 1 month they didn't give back to me my money.

They give you the worst car even if you have agreed and booked another one with enough time.

we lost 1 wheel hub , they wanted us pay 4 wheel hub even with the total insurance. So they take 50€ more for the total price. DON'T BELIEVE NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THAT COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR TRIP.

I had a car accident with a car rented from Veger. I was very surprised to find out that the auto insurance automatically covers the cost of a replacement rental car. Would definitely use their service again!One of the best rental experiences I've had so far

We were pleased to find out that the personnel was flexible enough to deliver the exact car requested at an unusual location. The team left a small welcome surprise of great CDs for the cart for us and thus made our trip a pleasure. On the way back we delayed the return of the car however that was a no problem for the company. On other hand the car was very clean and did not make a single problem for the whole 2 weeks period. I would recommend the company to anyone who wants flexibility and comfort.

В общем ,понравилась фирма так, что даже решил впервые оставить отзыв. Забронировал машину , прилетел в Софию. Сразу же позвонили, все быстро оформили. Машина новая , прбег не большой(где то 70к).Все чисто. Понравилось ,что есть русские в фирме(сам то я плохо по английски говорю).Поэтому проблем с языком не было. если кто то собирается в Болгарию,советую данную фирму,

Не советую данную компанию. По условиям контракта машину должны были предоставить с полным баком. В итоге бак был не полный, автомобиль с кучей мусора в салоне. Больше всего поразило требование, чтобы машину помыли перед сдачей. Это как? Это у меня впервые. Я приехал в чужую страну и начинаю бегать искать автомойку для мытья машины? или самому ее помыть? попросить у сердобольных болгар ведерко с тряпкой. Бред какой-то. Совок он и есть совок.

I rented a car from them two times and I didn't have any problems.
I don't understand from cars but I think that the cars they gave me were in very good condition and worked properly - with one of them I even traveled to Turkey. For my period the prices were not so high as in other car rental companies so I could fit in my budget.
I only had a problem with my GPS but the company reacted very fast and they gave me another one.

In my opinion may be the have changed their staff because before two months I've rented a car from them and I didn't have any problems.
I booked Bmw325 which was the lates model,I think. It was with automatic transmission and was really nice car,which was easy to be driven.
I went to their office before my reservation and the girl there explained everything to me because I wanted everything to be clear and ok during my booking.
When I go to Bulgaria again I will use their services again. I hope that they will be as good as now.

Contratamos un vehículo para que se nos entregara en Ruse a las 11 horas y aparecieron 45 minutos mas tarde tras llamarles por teléfono.
Al vehículo le faltaba la bandeja trasera para ocultar el equipaje, con lo que tuvimos que comprar una manta para ocultar el equipaje.
contratamos un seguro a todo riesgo y cuando entregamos el vehículo el día y a la hora que figuraba en el contrato, sin que hubierá sufrido ningún daño, nos exigieron el PAGO DE 8€ por que al no estar completamente limpio el vehículo, podia tener algún siniestro oculto. No nos fue posible dejar el coche completamente limpio aunque lo intentamos en varias gasolineras.
Hemos reclamado por sus incumplimientos y ni siquiera han contestado.

Veger car was terrible from the very start. As soon as the booking was confirm their politeness disappeared and were slow to reply to basic questions. On the day of delivery they were 2h late and we had no choice but to wait for them. Then one of the three cars was a different class than originally ordered. But the worst thing about this company was waiting for us when we returned the cars. one small ding on each of two cars which they claimed as our fault and they kept both deposits (1000EUR). Then absolutely no reply with any sort of proof of costs except "costs were higher than your deposit" lie as the dings were very minor.

Now we're suing them. What a terrible company!

Veger Rent a Car is a rather low level company. The most annoying thing
about it is that whatever is promised to customers never happens. You might request a certain car and you will get the word that this is what will be delivered to you, but then in the evening before delivery you will get a phone call saying that this car is not available and instead you will get
something different. And instead of a standard, family, luxury car, whatever
you have requested, you end up with a little miserable car that is difficult to
drive and cannot pass any other car on the road. Or a car that is rather old
with a clutch beyond its “use by date”, and then changing gears becomes a
rather formidable task. Moreover, the price that you have to pay at delivery
suddenly is significantly higher than what is advertised on the Internet page
of the company. Insurance “is not an issue”, that is, people at the company
probably do not know anything about it because they never say a word about it. You are supposed to pay (through the roof) for every tiny scratch on the car that you might not even notice. It is difficult to deal with people with this background who frequently change their mind. And you must be very brave to give your credit card details to these people.

On a scale from 0 to 10, where 10 is best, I would give Veger Rent a Car
a rating of 1 in Bulgaria; if I compare with similar companies around the
world, the rating is probably closer to 0.

Nos dieron un coche que no queríamos,aunque de misma categoría,sin limpiaparabrisas trasero,con muchísimos km (150 000) que sonaba mucho y la silla de bebe por la cual pagamos era antigua y estaba sin Atar!!! Pero ni siquiera nos avisaron que la habían plantado tal cual y nos dimos cuenta a 200km..con el peligro que todo esto supone.También pedimos factura que a día de hoy no nos ha llegado.Y no recibimos ni una disculpa,ni una compensación ,nada.Desde luego el nivel de profesionalidad es muy bajo.No volveremos a usar sus servicios.
