After almost 2 months of silence, I raised a case with PayPal, venacava.co.uk failed to respond to PayPal and thankfully, PayPal refunded the full amount.
Company is either a scam or the don't care about its customers.

Had my hospital appointment on the Wednesday and my first parcel arrived on the Friday. This was followed up by a telephone call a few days later when it was explained what the procedure was for future supplies and also the back up help that was available.

Sent emails, emails not answered, sent WhatsApp, WhatsApp message not read, called 3 times and provided order number. Was advised no one was available to speak to each time I called. Was advised that someone would call me back each time I called but no one ever has.
Shocking customer service will not use this company again. My advice is don’t waste your time or money ordering from them

I ordered and paid for four boxes of gloves on the 11th August. As of today 5th September they haven't arrived. E mails go un- answered and phone calls are farcical. The customer service rep can't answer my questions and says the warehouse staff can't take calls. She also couldn't look up my order. Beware and stay clear of this company.
