Super great service, had a great experience with salesperson Moodie. Recommend coming to Venom Motorsports if you are in the market for an ATV, moped, e-bike.

Moodie made the process of shopping a breeze! Super informative and attentive as I shopped for my first bike ! Ended up driving off today with the VenomX20! I highly recommend coming by if you’re learning how to ride or if you’re experienced… they have it all!

Bought the Kpm200 , The sales team i worked with was awesome evey step of the way. From breaking up payment to shipping. Upon arrival i was pumped to assemble , but to my surprise they assembled for me, Even helped with requested info for insurance in ontario Canada, Now they have help with the purchase of backrack. Hoping for a T shirt so i can advertise. Bike sure keeps people guessing.

We purchased a go cart from this company in November for our son’s birthday. He rode it for approximately 30 minutes the day after his birthday, and it has not run since.

Over the past several months, we have spent countless hours troubleshooting with Venom and received multiple replacement parts, all of which we were expected to install ourselves. We are not mechanics, but we have done everything asked of us to try and get this machine running.

After months of troubleshooting, we were told all options had been exhausted and that we would need to take the go cart to a mechanic. We were then informed the warranty would not cover repair costs, although Venom may “go to bat” to possibly help with some of the expense.

This is extremely disappointing. We spent $1,400 on a machine that has essentially never worked. Blaming us because we did not pay for full assembly is unacceptable. Installing the wheels, roll cage, and seat would not cause the engine to fail.

At this point, we are beyond frustrated and are completely out of option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If you're considering purchasing the ice bear champion 125 CC run the other way I received mine after paying extra to have it totally built and in running condition bike would not start and two weeks later catastrophic gear failure the company's response was send video to determine problem and then what do they want me to fix the bike myself I simply am not a mechanic their service department is certainly lacking there is none actually this has been a complete nightmare now I have to take the bike to someone and hopefully they can repair it

I experienced an RTS issue, and due to my night work schedule, it was challenging to reach anyone. However, thanks to excellent customer service, the problem was successfully resolved.

I had a small problem with my motorcycle but I had good support and now I have my motorcycle working very well. Thank you venom team.

Great customer service fast and easy

I am extremely impressed with the amount of help that Dave gave me with my exhaust for my bike. I have NEVER had a company actually call me and put that much effort into making sure I ordered the proper product before. Thank u so much for going above and beyond to insure I didn't order the wrong part for my bike.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase. I just received the dirt bike and it’s missing critical parts needed to assemble the front wheel — the front axle, spacers, and nuts. Along with the battery. Because of this, the bike is completely unusable right out of the box.

To make matters worse, I was recording the full assembly process to qualify for the $100 cash credit, but the missing parts ruined the entire video and experience. This was supposed to be part of a birthday surprise for my son this weekend, and now I can’t even put the bike together.

Quality control like this shouldn’t happen, especially when customers are expected to assemble the product themselves. I’m hoping the company steps up quickly and makes this right.
