I ordered an amplifier that was in very short supply - in fact I thought it had probably run out completely in the UK. Unlike other suppliers, your claim of a 7-day delivery time turned out to be pessimistic: it arrived within six. Normally (I've discovered) a 7-day delivery time means the item is not REALLY in stock except at the distributor - and the distributor in this case I knew was out of stock. Not only did you more than meet your claim, but I got this sought-after item at a discounted price, and had straightforward and accurate email information throughout. 5* plus!

Simply magnificent. Item as described and delivered promptly, considering the current crisis. Highly recommended and will certainly buy from again.

I decided to update my speakers by buying the Roksan TR5 x2 replacing Roksan TR5. I am running speakers with Roksan K3 Integrated amp, Roksan K3 Power amp and Cambridge Audio woofer. Quality of TR5 x2 excellent. Lovely round sound from mid range/base speakers, fills room. Tweeters clear and pure sound. Well balanced. Service from Vickers HiFi, polite, informative and quickly response on line. Goods arrived on time. The transport packaging around speakers superb. All I hoped for.

Incredible! Ordered Dali speakers and Marantz amplifier one day and they were with me the next morning in perfect condition.
Hope I won't need to test their customer service department.
One big disappointment: large blocks of Styrofoam packing from both manufacturers, one purporting to be Danish, it didn't say otherwise on the box. If others can deliver their laptops in "egg carton" type protective cartons, why not these?
Come on Vickers, do your bit.

I had a few points I b=needed clarifying before making my choice and the staff were fast friendly and helpful in resolving these. Once ordered the item arrived quickly in good condition exactly aa described with accurate courier tracking. Free delivery was a bonus.

I ordered a Cyrus DAC 8.2 QXR amp at a sale price, but due to the success of their sale, it was now out of stock. They got more stock, but still honoured the sale price.

They also estimated it would take two weeks, but it arrived in one.
