Victoriana Nursery Gardens Reviews 

I am so pleased with my first order from Victoriana. My plants arrived quickly and were well packed. The plants themselves are sturdy and much bigger and well developed than expected, so definitely exceed expectations (particularly as I have previously ordered from other larger online retailers and have been disappointed). The prices and variety are fantastic. I'll definitely be ordering from Victoriana again!

I was very disappointed with this. I bought 5 basil plants. They shipped in a box full of shredded paper, and little else, so i was demented trying to take them out and clean all the confetti off the plug plants. Once I did, I realised it was a waste of time. They were very poorly. I will try and bring them back to life, but I would recommend staying away from this nursery online

Off all the plants you can buy online nowadays I was very happy to wait until the plant I bought was available to purchase.
The name of the plant I bought was a Fuchsia,by Harry Dawson called fushia Connie....

Items arrived well packaged and clearly labelled. The Jostaberry were much bigger than I expected. The little plug plants looked sturdy and just needed to be potted up, to grow on a little more. Pleased with everything

Fantastic customer service and very quick to respond. When I ordered some stevia plants last year, unfortunately two of them died. I contacted the company and they were brilliant – they replied quickly and sent out replacements without any hassle.

The plants are good quality, the customer service was excellent, and I'm really happy with the way everything was handled. I'd definitely recommend them and will definitely order from them again.

Pre ordered a couple of Asian pear trees,as I'm always keen to try something different regarding plants. They were worth the wait,both are sturdy and healthy so in a couple of years I should be enjoying some exotic fruit! Thank you to all involved at Victoriana. Your efforts are appreciated. Regards. Must say very underwhelmed with the two fushias delivered the one plant in particular is of very poor quality. Expected better to be honest

Love this company. I ordered a tamarillo plant for myself and one for my mum. Unfortunately the first delivery was damaged by the courier, but Victoriana Nursery Gardens were brilliant about rectifying the problem immediately. I received replacements in under a week with a lovely little growing guide too. So excited to see my tamarillo grow. Thank you to everyone at Victoriana. You were great.

I've had a lot of plants from Victoriana. All have been quickly dispatched, well grown (not the tiny, scrawny plants you sometimes get from other suppliers) and in great condition.

Web site is easy to use. Updates on order and delivery keep you informed. Plants were delivered on time and were well watered and packed. Was a bit worried as the plants were being transported and delivered on the two hottest days of the year but they were healthy on arrival. Would use this company again.

Kept me updated as to when my plants would arrive. The courier updated me to say they would be delayed and I was concerned as to whether it would affect the quality of them due to the current heatwave. But they arrived the next day in perfect condition. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you

I ordered a grape vine. When the vine was delivered it had been completely stripped of foliage in the box and the new growth snapped off.
I sent a quick email with a couple of pictures to them and they apologised for the state of it but said it may still shoot. Then after another week I received an email stating they had sent another one. Very good of them, unfortunately this was also damaged in transit but hopefully it will recover.

Ordered a "Phoenix" white grape from Victoriana Nursery Gardens on Thursday the 14th May.
Great communication.
Have used them in the past with very good results i.e. grapes. Last time I bought their Kentish Claret "Rondo" with excellent results.
This time did not fancy going all the way to Ashford, so ordered online. Decent website with lots of plants to choose from.
My plant was healthy when it arrived today Tuesday 19th May via DHL. Lots of communication, updates and estimated delivery date. It was well packed with care. It came in a tall cardboard box offering lots of protection.
I'm very pleased with my purchase.
