Although the 40-year-old DVD could not be converted due to its poor condition, the company were extremely helpful in explaining the efforts made to process the tape, and certainly deserve the 5-star rating keeping me informed and also for returning the tape free all charges, including postage.

Very good service and a fast turn round,even though my tapes were over 30 years old, you managed them very well I was pleasantly surmised at the quality of the picture that was transferred to the disc and the price you charged was a fair one I have no complaints.

Thank you for transferring a video I had on my phone onto dvd for me.
It was in a format that I was unable to do at home, but you guys sorted it out.
