A very difficult and dangerous access road to the house. Bad information about this from the owner.
We had rented the very nice house "View14" in Sayalonga for 2 weeks in July 2017. But when we arrived, we experienced that the 2 - 3 kilometers access road to the house from Sayalonga was extremely difficult and dangerous. It was a narrow gravel road with big holes. Two cars could not pass each other, so one of them has to go backwards on the very steep road. Before renting the house, we had asked the owner, Frank De Baerdemaeker about the access road, but had got wrong and insufficient information. We could not stay in the house because of that. And the owner would not give us any refund of money. We lost 3.830€.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Indeed, the view14 villa is situated in the rural and quiet hills of Malaga (amongst other rural villas of the same village of Sayalonga), and therefore the access roads can be narrow and bumpy at some parts. We have tried to resolve for you the situation with our local support, but your family decided the same day to continue the holidays at another location. Unfortunately, we could not rent out the villa for the same period in peak season (which we have tried through last-minute deals), so in line with our general booking conditions a refund is not possible. We regret this experience and will document the road conditions in a more appropriate way for future guests.
