Viking Surveyors Reviews

Saeed was excellent.

I used Viking as a recommendation from a friend. I was a little nervous as a first time buyer.

Saeed was my surveyor and was excellent throughout. The survey was conducted quickly and Saeed answered all of my questions. I found him really helpful and responsive.

Would definitely recommend.

Excellent communicaton throughout and the online account was easy to use. The staff were polite and friendly.
Survey was completed promptly as promised. The report itself was clear and detailed.
I would not hesitate to recommend Viking to others.
They made that part of purchasing a property painless!

Really helped with a survey on a property and the team were a pleasure to work with in organising it. Got a few quotes beforehand and they were very cost effective. Great team!

happy customer.

Viking have me a thorough survey on a a property I was buying that wouldn't have a survey the conventional methods.

Details on structural, fittings and appliances had lots discussed and much to think over that I would otherwise miss as a non trader.

thank you for the speedy service and report

I cannot be more grateful to Viking Surveyors. Their level of customer service is exceptionally good. A couple of weeks ago, I booked a survey through Shazna, who was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, helping me decide which survey would be best for the age of the property we were buying. She followed up with prompt confirmation emails, keeping everything organized and stress-free.

Unfortunately, our sale fell through this week, and when I called Viking Surveyors, Shazna once again answered the phone. She was absolutely delightful and so kind while I was upset on the call. She handled everything with such empathy and efficiency, quickly arranging the reimbursement without any hassle.

I honestly could not fault their customer service. When we find another property, I wouldn’t think twice about choosing Viking Surveyors again. They’ve earned my complete trust and appreciation.

One of if not the most comprehensive surveys I have had but made so easy from start to finish, with what I was reported back with it gave us the information we needed to save us from paying over the odds. We were able to negotiate the price down to mitigate the cost of rectifying the damp and roof insulation. Money well worth spending and a company that actually know what they are supposed to be doing. It’s about time there was a surveying company that performed what they were paid to do and professionally.

Fantastic service from Viking Surveyors from start to finish. They really put my mind at peace and walked me through the process. Communications fantastic. Once paid got a survey confirmed within days and then report 5 working days later which was very detailed but easy to understand. Highly recommended.

I had a really great experience with Viking Surveyors. The booking process was easy, they communicated clearly throughout and all at a decent price. My surveyor Matthew got back to me quickly when I had follow-up questions, and was really helpful when we spoke. When something did go wrong (very minor - didn't receive an email I was expecting) they were really responsive and helpful, and resolved the issue quickly. Would recommend!

Alex was amazing!
This is the 2nd time we’ve used this service and he was so helpful. Highly recommend 😍

Very fast service, was impressed!

Efficient and fast process. The report has what one expects at this level and provided good recommendations on improvements and things to watch out for.

Saeed Assou was my surveyor recently and carried out a Level 2 Homebuyer's Survey. His report was very thorough and he was very responsive when I contacted him with questions about the report. As a first time buyer, it was very reassuring and his comments helped me to renegotiate the purchase price. I would highly recommend him!

Viking Surveyors are a very professional and customer driven company who clearly take pride in their services.
As first-time buyers, we found the process of booking and paying for the survey easy and Viking arranged with sellers a date. The report I received from Barry a few days later was very thorough and clear, making it easy to see any potential issues with the property going forwards. I even had a confusion around cost estimates for repairs which Phoebe kindly sorted out as a goodwill gesture. Overall would highly recommend Viking Surveyors.

Alex was courteous, knowledgeable and responded rapidly according to our needs. His clear explanation of both legal and stuctural issues was particularly helpful. The general level of professional expertise was impressive and reassuring. Can thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic service from Alex. I received a very informative and well written report very promptly and which demonstrated his obvious expertise and knowledge. There was plenty of opportunity to discuss it afterwards and it was a pleasure to talk to someone of his intelligence and professionalism. This was a far superior service to that which I have experienced from other local firms and I highly recommend this company.

Great all round professional service. Helped us choose the correct survey for our needs.

Absolute first class company. Cannot fault Alex who carried out our RICS Level 3 survey. Thorough and very accurate. Help, support and guidance following the issue of the survey to us and on hand with any questions or queries that we had. Such a lovely company to deal with. Thank you so much.
