Ollie did our the survey on the property. I am buying ,very pleased with the survey. It was very in-depth and flagged up a few important issues on the property.

Viking Surveyors carried out a private survey for the first property I am purchasing, and the experience was very positive. The inspection was arranged quickly by Shazna and the report was delivered promptly.

Excellent customer service. The level 3 reports are very detailed and clearly explained. The surveyor Matthew provided clarification and guidance over the telephone. My level survey was thorough and detailed enough for informed decision. I wanted it quickly to make a decision but it delayed partly due to the people living in the house and after the survey, it took a week for the report to be out. Overall am pleased.
