I found Vindex media on Franchise Gator.Duncan was pretty quick to set up a meeting,gave me few websites of accounts they supposedly manage and a video where Kevin explains step by step how they are the best at what they do,and how they go from zero to thousands of dollars in just a few days.It was very believable.So,I signed a contract,paid $9000 out $12000 and started watching them do their magic or not! No sales,unprofessional behavior,they would run ads paid by me on tik tok referring people to someone else’s online store,they would let tik tok credits expire,account would get suspended all the time.I started asking for my money back,Duncan would not answer for weeks at times,then he’ll just give me this elaborate speech on how hard they work to find a winning product to sell.He was even willing to wait on the last $3000 payment ,because he wanted to show me that new manager Alden can actually come through and I will see sales.Well, that day never came,they waisted 8 months and $9000 plus advertising cost.Vindex Media ended up being not even close to how they present themselves.I totally feel,that Duncan took advantage of me,he didn’t deliver sales and refused to refund my funds.Definitely steer clear!!!

Had a great experience with Alden. It was an easy transition from our current ad buyers to our new ones with vindexmedia and they were able to handle walking me through a ton of silly questions and problems along the way. Looking forward to the coming season and seeing how our ads perform

We have deep roots in DFW so our reputation is the top priority. We will not tolerate shared leads or spamming customers with sales and promotions. Travis called me and was professional, I was offered to speak with current and past clients before agreeing to anything. I was happy with that and that I didn't have to fork up any money to start. I covered the advertising costs in a manner I was comfortable with where I only ended up paying around $50-60 before we had an inspection on the calendar and probably less than $150 before we started closing. I'm impressed with how they handle my leads and prioritize my reputation and time from creating and running the advertisements to inspection scheduled. Everything is branded to me including the ads, forms and call center so when they call my leads they lead knows it's me. They'll say things like "Hey this is 'michelle' from Carter Roofing Solutions..." and when everything comes together with the call center and the automations it's just a very well oiled machine that I'm able to control and adjust with Duncan, Travis and the team at Vindex media. If you need a company you can trust to prioritize your reputation and manage your marketing fairly i recommend these guys.

Do yourself a favor save your money and stay as far away as possible. They will feed you false statements and empty promises all the way with no results. Take your funds elsewhere.

Very unimpressed. Only good thing was that they allow you to do a test month for $1,200, before committing to anything long term. 15 days in, after it was clear they were performing worse than our in-house media buyers, I reached out to the owners to request cancellation, and to quietly go our seperate ways. I heard back 10 days later. Can't run an agency with poor communication, thats for sure!
