This’s a scam. I posted my car online for sell. A guy sent me a message and a link for this company wants me to do a report for my car. I gave him the VIN number for my car told him to run the report by himself. And then he told he will give money when he sees the report and he said if everything is good in the report he’ll pay more for my car. After I run the report and show him everything is good for my car, then the guy is disappeared. I have more people like that at the same time after I post my car for sell. If anyone ask you to run report on specific websites to run reports, then that’s a scam.

Like many others, experienced 2 fake buyers texting me to buy my vehicle. One asked for a VTR, the other a VN, and sent me the link to this site. Both said they wanted to meet the next day after "arranging a day off before finishing my shift this evening/tonight" so that's really what got me. If you suggest giving them the VIN# and having them pay for it, they get very pushy and say that they paid the fee when they sold their last vehicle, then say they will pay you back for the report with the full amount for the vehicle.

same here 4 people gave me the same web-sight its definitely a scam. Went to my dealer ship and got one for free.

Definitely a scam. Posted my car and got messages from 2 "potential buyers", ready to stop by tomorrow, buy they need a report exactly from this website. Damn I was ready to by, but spent some time to google about it, and thanks God people reported this scheme on Trust pilot. They even used the same script like "Never ask for a Carfax report paper that has more options and detailed things. That's why I need to see this report". Complete scam, do not give your card info and money.
UPD. Also a tip, watch the youtube video of Pleasant Green. All these websites are fake, just to get your payment for the fake report. So basically if someone asking you for a report, send them carfax or autocheck, and if they want something else then that - 99% they are the scammers

More of the same experience as the other bad reviews. Literally the same verbiage talking about "If you're worried about paying for the report, I'll pay the full amount with the amount of the car." I asked what information was missing from the report I sent that they needed. Waited a while for a response, and then they said, "auction reports, vehicle trim details, and market value data."

Everything they wanted was already on the report, so I knew they were trying to scam me. Don't let them steal your card info or even the $30 report cost.

A person attempted to scam me by agreeing to buy a vehicle from me, but demanded to see a report specifically from VinTrustReport first. When I said I would provide a report from another source, he said he only trusted VinTrustReport. No thank you!

its a scam... hope you see this in time. It is not just scamming you for the 30 bucks.. it takes your card info.... cancel you card if you used it. If you used a debit card maybe look into more then just canceling your card.

I've just listed my car for sale on Craigslist. I have had two people text me asking me to send them a VT report or VTR papers from this website.

Both said: I'm ready to buy your car, I'll come tomorrow, but first send me this report.

This site is a scam. The "buyer" was adamant that they receive this report before doing any business. I unfortunately did not review the site until a significant period of time had passed. The conversations relayed in the negative reviews mirrored mine exactly. The 2 positive reviews contained bad spelling and bad grammar. I had to cancel my credit card.
