Tim was on time and did an excellent, thorough job with our bathroom, looked brand new! Booking the appointment was also very simple with prompt responses.

"I have used this cleaning company before to clean my carpet, then to clean my bathroom, and now for a deep clean of my oven. Every time they have been professional and everything looks brand new. I highly recommend them to everyone!"

I've been using VIP Cleaning London for regular domestic cleaning and deep cleaning services and I'm very satisfied with the results every time.
The cleaners pay special attention to the areas that need it most, including the bathroom, kitchen, oven, fridge and other household appliances.
I also booked their Carpet Steam Cleaning Service and the results were outstanding. The carpet looked fresh, clean and much brighter after professional steam cleaning treatment.

I have used VIP cleaning twice for my carpet. Very good service and careful cleaning.

Full rangecooker clean.
Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finish.

Great service. I had a deep bathroom clean and I think I've never seen my bathroom this clean. All the awful yellow limescale is gone from the toilet dowl and the bathtub, and they even managed to get rid of the mould on the silicone sealant around the bathtub and the sink. Thanks for the great clean! I will definitely be back again.

I am really happy with the Bathroom Cleaning service and Carpet Upholstery Steam cleaning service. Thank you for your help guys and I will recommend you to all my friends.
My Bathroom now is clean like never before and my Carpet is without any stains.

Excellent Cleaning Service!
I am very satisfied with the quality of the cleaning service. The team was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. Everything was left spotless and fresh, and they used high-quality products. Communication was easy and efficient, and they were very respectful of my space. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and thorough cleaning services.

I've used VIP cleaning services twice now for a thorough bathroom cleaning, with my most recent appointment happening two years after the first. Both times, my bathrooms look as if they're newly installed. Thanks to Pancho's work, all stubborn stains and limescale are gone. He handled both bathrooms efficiently within two hours and was extremely courteous, timely, and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing an intensive bathroom clean.

Excellent and friendly service! My bathroom looks brand new thanks to VIP.

Very quick and professional. Bathroom was very clean and looked brand new after cleaning

VIP Cleaning did a great job cleaning my toilet. It looks immaculate. The cleaner was very friendly and informative. Would highly recommend this company.

After the previous tenants moved out, the oven and the fridge were in terrible condition. The smell was unbearable and even after my attempts to clean them, nothing worked. I booked a professional cleaning service with your company and I’m glad I did. The team arrived with steam cleaning equipment and got straight to work. The oven was dismantled and cleaned thoroughly, with no trace of burnt-on grease left. The fridge was steam cleaned, washed inside and out, and fully disinfected. After the cleaning, the unpleasant smell was completely gone, and both appliances now look and smell like brand new. Thank you for the professionalism and the effort.

Overall they are good — reliable for general/regular cleaning and the flat always looks presentable afterwards. However, a few times I had to check and ask for revisions, especially when it came to detailed corners and deep cleaning. For basic cleaning they do a good job, but if you are looking for a sparkling, very detailed top-to-bottom clean, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend.

Fantastic experience! They did a brilliant job on cleaning our toilet and carpet, we would highly recommend and hire them again :)

This is the second time I have booked with VIP cleaning to have my bathroom professionally deeply cleaned. Last time was 2 years ago. And again my 2 bathrooms are like brand new. Pancho has both of my bathrooms like brand new! He was able to remove tough stains and tough limescale. He did 2 bathrooms in 2 hours. Was very polite, punctual and professional. Highly recommend for deep cleaning of bathrooms.
