I worked with Viqu on a number of occasions to supply our business with engineers when I was an internal recruiter - they helped us with highly complex international hiring which had a high bar for talent.

The reason Viqu stood out is because there was a lot of complexity we were helping engineers relocate their whole life and the lives of their families to the UK the team at Viqu were there every step of the way and went above and beyond for the engineers we recruited this model was highly successful and continued even after I left.

Excellent service and experience

VIQU have been great in finding me a number of contract roles over the years. And that’s not where the service stops, once working their clients they keep in touch and will make the effort to meet me too. There are a lot of recruitment companies out there and it’s difficult to find reputable ones. These guys know what they are talking about and listen to what you want instead of spamming you with irrelevant opportunities. Keep up the good work

As a former candidate and client, I have always found Viqu to be proactive. Many agencies just seem to randomly email. It seems the art of picking up the phone has alluded most people yet its the most impactful way to be at least heard. I wouldn't use an agency if the didnt regularly call me even if I didnt have anything for them. I would also be reluctant to use an agency who did not at least make the effort to call me too. Well done for standing out Matt, you have always made time to make calls and on the odd occasion to recieve them too even when its not convenient. Keep it up
