Service and experience from start to finish has been exceptional. The offers are very reasonable and the discounts along with the free delivery make the deals unbeatable.

Vigin on perfection, but not quite.
Good selection of good quality wines and I'm able to get at what I like with some assistance from my wine advisor, even when stocks of favourites have been exhausted.
Value for money is enhanced by vouchers and offers, usually directed at one's favourite region or grape variety.
There have been a few warehouse miss picks but these have been sorted rapidly and without fuss.
The delivery by DHL is my most frequent issue with packages turning up late, being damaged, abandoned on the doorstep, and on one occasion abandoned on someone else's doorstep. I had to cross town to retrieve it and was fortunate the shipment was not lost. I always try to set a delivery date when I know I'm available all day and can react to any issues.

Wine selection is good and I'm able to find what I want with the aid of my wine advisor. Value for money is pretty good, especially if you can make the most of vouchers and offers, most of which are tuned to your "likes".
On the downside the delivery by DHL can be a bit hit and miss with packages going missing and being delivered late and, in one case, abandoned outside the wrong address.
There have also been some miss picks in the warehouse resulting in the wrong stuff being delivered but I have to say this was sorted out rapidly and without fuss.

With the generous acceptance of my accumulated bonus, we are enjoying a bargain advent calendar one sip at a time.

No two free bottles with a 12 bottle case. Dishonest!
My husband ordered a box of 12 bottles for us (as part of our wineclub membership). He had recieved a welcome email offer of two free bottles from Virgin Wine when we ordred a 12 bottle case costing more than £100. Case arrived today, no free two bottles included! When we brought this to the attention of Virgin Wines with a phone call he was told the offer was from another company - not Virgin Wine, even though the same offer is on the website! Incredible dishonesty. Needless to say we immediately cancelled our wine club membership. AVOID

The worst quality wine I’ve ever tried!
I ordered a box of 6 mixed bottles, when I’ve checked ,each bottle is half the price online, some bottles are 7 pounds each, which is terrible because it doesn’t even taste like wine.
6 of 6 bottles were terrible!
Business based on a low-quality product and a disrespectful approach to customers, I will never order anything again.
